....I plan to get in a run today mid afternoon....probably a small one ...just like 4 miles, and then come back home and pop in a 45 min. Total Body- POWER YOGA video after work and before class tonight.
!...and most likely at night ride my stationary bike for like an hour after class tonight @ home!

I am super proud of myself for not DRINKING day 8!!!!!!!!!
! As well, yesterday I went to go hang out with my friends, and I realized that if I were to have been drinking with them...I would have consumed about 700-1000 calories EXTRA...in one night ALONE!....I mean shit...no wonder I had a plateu for 7 months!....drinkin and eating like that ....
WHO WOULDN'T?!?!
...I have "exchanged" the behavior....for
WATER...so for every cup I would have drank...I now drink WATER!
...As well, I am really proud of myself for working out as much as I have been....
for me...it's AMAZING...!!!...I'm really really getting the hang of this DAILY workout thing!
...and counting calories...is doing amazing things for my AWARENESS!!!....I guess you can't knock it til you try it.....this is a FIRST for me....to actually track it DAILY!
