Good Morning!!!

!!! Well...on the list for today is....a
4.5 mile Run @ Balboa Park-flat
...and then a quick drive over to the gym-Hop in the
pool ASAP before they close...
.do about 35 mins. in the pool-laps and 25 mins. in Sauna!
....SOUNDS AMAZING!!

I'm working today so...can't wait to get out and
DO ME!!! !!!
Breakfast: Raw Oatmeal- Soaked Buckwheat Oats- blended with Strawberries
& Syrup sprinkled with fresh strawberries and cinnamon
Snack: Fruit Smoothie
-1 avocado -(positive effects on cholesterol, vital life force, high in soluble fiber, can improve blood circulation)
-1/2 mango-(Benefits toward reducing colon and cervical cancer :, high in iron, beneficial for vegetarians and vegans)
-Papaya- small palm size chunk-(high in the enzyme which digests protein and since it is effective in supporting digestion, is thought to control
premature aging. Papaya seeds contain special beneficial enzymes-should be taking in moderation-can be applied
directly on skin for more youthful appearance )
-1 banana-(eating high fiber foods, such as bananas, helps prevent heart disease,potassium found in bananas may also help to promote bone health
and restores potassium an essential electrolyte)
- 6 strawberries-(decrease blood pressure, which may reduce the risk of heart disease, have higher levels of vitamin c, fiber, folate and potassium)
...What a NUTRITIOUS shake...

-added carrots, avocado, and live arugula sprouts

Snack(after run and Swim and Sauna) : Orange + Fermented Electrolyte Replenisher Rejuvelac
Dinner: Same as Lunch
