OMG...girl!!! As of right now...I was just reading on your running..and I wanted to start tonight! At least get in a mile...

honestly though....my ankle is still weirdo ...it kinda hurts if I stand still and put my arms out and hold my feet straight and twist my body...my ankle does this CRACK and has baby pain:eek: kinda thing...UGGGG...but it's been like 3 weeks since I ran! :(

..I'm just gonna wing it...I'm sure I can!! :D!!! Mind over matter...but hopefully I can start baby training this week, and like you ...more MILES next!...I'm @ about 12 mins a mile, I'd say! :D! and you?

Alright wingn' it for Alta!! Ha ha I think Val is kinda doing the same, just running when ever... I'm weird I have to "train" for it... but I'm trying to improve my overall running since its like become my LIFE!!

12s is good that's about where I'm at! I ran 3 miles yesterday at about 12:25 miles... not bad if you ask me. Hopefully I get back to higher miles in the comming weeks!!

What are you thoughts on dressing as a theme??? From what I understand this race is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!! And we need to stand out somehow!!!!!!

I have no idea's for costumes.... I'm not creative in that way. I know Melissa mentioned wanting to do something.. but we didn't really talk in depth about it... and that woman is crazy busy! Maybe we can do a group chat sometime on facebook or something and work out the details!

Gym- 10-11 pm:30 min. Moderate/Slow pace run @ Gym-Studio City-Bally's- treadmill
10 min. Sauna (if I go over GREAT :D) w/ Yoga moves

11:00 pm-ON---time w/ BF

Tuesday: Off Work-Time with Bf
Power Yoga- 50 mins (video) anytime (maybe 90 min one)

Wednesday: Off Work-Time with Bf
Power Yoga- 50 mins. (video) anytime (maybe 90 min one)
7:30-8:30 pm Weekly Business Briefing (every Wednesday building
my business :D)
8:45 and on...time w/ BF back home...

Thursday: Swim @ Gym-Chatsworth Bally's- 5:40 am (get up) 40 min min. 6:30am-7:30 am
Sauna 7:30 am-8:20 am (40 mins w/ yoga moves-10 min.)

Work 9-6 pm
Raw Eating Class 7:30- 9:30 pm
Gym-Sauna @ Studio City Bally's -(40 mins-1hr) 10:15-11 pm
Time w/ Family...for the rest of the night 11pm-and on...
(not much time left though :( ) ...I get to see the baby a little

Friday: Gym-Reaction Cycling Spinning Class @ Noho Bally's Gym- 6:00 am-7:00 am
Work-9-6pm
6:30 and on...time w/ BF-friends

Saturday: Swim @ Gym-Chatsworth Bally's-40 mins. (leave house 7:45 am) 8-9 am
Sauna 9- 9:20 am (w/ 5 mins of yoga moves)

Work- 10-5 pm
Afternoon Park run @ Balboa 4.5 mile run 5:30-6:30 pm (flat)
7:00pm and on- time w/ Bf-

Today's Food was really really Uncreative..since I have to go shop for food tomorrow...ALL OUT OF EVERYTHING....ahah....

Breakfast: Raw Buckwheat Oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons of Crushed Walnuts
1 cup of Almond Milk, Agave Syrup, Cinnamon (blend)

Snack: 1 Full Palm Size Dehydrated at 105^ less Flax Sunflower Seed
1/2 avocado w/ Tabouli Spread ontop

Snack: 1 handful of Chopped Walnuts

Snack: Juice Shake- 1 whole Melon
water, Agave, Cinnamon

Snack: Palm Size Dehydrated Flax Cracker 105 ^
1 avocado
3 tablespoons of Tabouli

Snack: Green Apple
Dinner: ???


...shit man....I ran out of food today...hahaha....I was a BUSY BEE !:icon_bs:
 
Wooohooo!!! :hurray: So far so good! ....Everything is going according to PLAN!!! I feel GREAT about myself, I have established a PLAN, am sticking to it, and will see RESULTS because of it!!! :troll::chillpill:

Exercise Yesterday: Power Yoga-90 mins. + 15 min Free Yoga
Exercise Today(this morning) :1 hour swim laps, 20 mins Sauna, 5 mins. of Yoga in Sauna

..I was sore this morning from Yesterday's yoga...my abs and arms and legs..were hurting in a really good way!! I REALLY ENJOYED MY SWIM!!! It was cloudy outside,and it's an outdoor pool and I feel amazing about myself!!! :)!!!! I had no hesitation getting up in the morning...as I HAVE TAKEN CONTROL!!!....I'm "LIFE COACHING" myself into Success!! I CAN DO THIS, I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS, AND I WILL CONTINUE DOING THIS!!!...simple as that....!!! :cheers2:

..I have been allowing the occasional drink too much this past weekend.... so I will try to limit my drinks to no more than ONE DAY per week...as I KNOW, IT'S NOT RAW!!! :blush5:,.....but Raw people "can" drink the occasional Saki and Certain Red wines, and make cocktails out of the sake.....sooo YEAHH!!! GO figure....damn fermented grapes.......GOTTA LOVE EM..:drool5:..hahaha...!!!! :hurray:

well, in the beginning a lot mid $100's....because I wasn't as savvy at buying...but now, I'm getting better, and using the same base for a lot of things, and going to Farmer's Market..., so hopefully I will be spending less, and I think I might start buying the nuts WHOLESALE at bulk to try and save more $$ that way as well!

...it is more $$, but luckily, my bf has a friend who WORKS FOR WHOLE FOODS, so they get a 20% discount, and said that if I give him a list once a week, that he would buy the items for me, and that he could use the reciept and be placed in a weekly drawing for doing it! SWEET!!! So that makes it cheaper there, so it might go back to being like normal food, just ORGANIC and RAW!! :D!!!

Wow, you are such a workoutaholic. I've been lazy the past week and now I feel guiltier than ever. I must say when I was around your age (mid to late 20's??), before my baby, I used to ride my bike 25 miles every single day and worked out at the gym etc etc. I was so much more athletic..

So what's the primary theory behind this raw eating? And does that mean you have to be a vegetarian?

...Don't feel bad about not working out, ...just do what you can when you can!! :)

...and the whole Raw thing stemmed from this book, called Skinny Bitch, and then I wanted to go Vegetarian, but still that was not "CLEAN" enough for me, considering vegetarians COOK & KILL the enzymes to their food...:(

...so yeah...I am Vegetarian as well...just RAW Foodist VEGETARIAN...and no processed stuff......

Okay Right before the run find a good lookin scantily clothed male runner...walk up to him and whisper in his ear..."If I catch ya, I can have ya" See if that makes him run faster.(HA HA) Of course your lookin so good he may run slower!
