good job only drinking water last night!! :D goshhh what motivation to see all those beautiful skinny people! you did such anAMAZINGG job even if you did end up eating a mcflurry. youve been so good and it's OK to indulge every once in a while.. 6 nuggets and 4 french fries later. it's ok! AND Dplus youll eb doign your power yoga today. youll sweat off all that ice creammm and mc-goodness, im sure! :) :party:

....didn't get to YOGA....damn traffic....but I DID GET MY RUNNING SHOES, GRABBED THE DOG, TOOK A RIDE TO THE PARK, and RAN for 45 mins, NON STOP!!!! It was exhillerating...and I loved it...and I'm HAPPY I didn't go to yoga.....and that I got varitey in the work out.....

also....15 mins... of 5lbs HOOLA HOOP down.....:coolgleamA: and SHAKES ALL DAY!!!

That McFlurrie shake was 550 cal, so yes, pretty bad, but not horrific. The four nuggets were 200 cal by them self.

did you hear the one about the lady who took her dog that had no legs for a walk...ya it was a real drag...

(gawd, thats a terrible terrible old joke...just terrible)...

my dog could use some running...its so cold and wintery here that she only goes out to create yellow snow and drop off some tootsie rolls and then she comes back in and hides under the covers..i notice she is getting some "girth" on her....i wish it were warmer here in Michigan..

good job on the exercise.....wooooottttt wooooot!!!!!!

YAY!!!! So this weekend....I have to say....went rather WELL!!!!

....I didn't DRINK,...though I really wanted to UNTIL I saw all those HOT WOMEN.....at the Salsa Competition....:ack2:!!! THANK GOD, I went, cause I literally saw the HOTTEST :drool5: bodies I have ever SEEN!!! PSHH!!!!...one day ...one day.....

....I was DYING sore all weekend...cause of the YOGA, the HOOLA, the RUNNING, and everything...I mean really...it's ONLY been like 3 weeks since I really started working out again....soooo it's NORMAL I think....but the abs..the ass ...SHIT IT ALL HURT...i couldn't even laugh without PAIN!!! :icon_bs:

...I took Sunday off cause of it....no exercise....and this morning was not happening...SO FREAKING cold dammit....!!!

...I made the Yummiest Pad Thai the other day...with Shirataki Tofu Noodles...and some Yum Sauce and chicken....:cheers2: MAN...I IMPRESSED myself....!! Supppper delicious...though i must say....it annoys me that during the weekend I don't EAT as much as I should and then I start thinking that I'm storing FAT.....and it annoys me cause I think if I ate more those days I could lose more as well....!!! :rant:....working on it....

...ALSO....my sweetheart bf told me that he was taking me to SYCAMORE SPRINGS for Valentine's day!!! :hurray:...From what he tells me, it's SOOOO ROMANTIC :beating:...secluded in the forest kinda, and hot springs, and jacuzzi after 12:00 am...:sifone: and cozy staying and massages...I"M EXCITED!!!

....so that gives me 10 days...to EAT HEALTHY and EXERCISE like a mofo.....7lbs OFF would be IDEAL!!! If I could just get back to my lowest weight since on this FORUM...that would be amazing!!!

(HONESTLY....I have a secret desire to be lower than ever when my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of being on this forum hits me in MARCH!!!

..I want to be battling a different number on the scale by then......

..ALSO, my life is going to become more hectic as of tomorrow that my Property Management classes start....:cheers2:!!! I'm excited!

...New Yoga, New Classes, New Businesses, New Friends, New Month, New Goals, NEW ME!! :D!!!

You are right...I do need more of that....I've just been using the ropes lately....but STILL WEIGHTS are a must!!! I need less jiggle and MORE GUNS!!! :reddevil:!!!

You are right....LOL..the mirror does tell the truth better :reddevil:.....(all I need to do now is buy a SLIMMING mirror) ;)!!!....

...I will be lighter...especially cause a FIRE sparked my ass to EAT CLEAAAAN :D! NOW! heheh!

Isn't it great though to see beautiful bodies and get motivated to look like them? I mean...sure, dancers usually are really lean and you can see their muscles moving which is super sexy. We will likely not be THAT lean, but we can strive to do our best to get our bodies to the sexiest place they can be in right?

Hey Alta!!!DAMN 550 calories for a Mcflury curse you Mcflury why do you have to be so delicious jajaja!!! Dint know that icecream had allot of calories that sucks im totally bumbed out about it I luv icecream! and for some reason I thought it would be healthy jajaja good job in all that yoga!!! I dint know you dance but that explains the wood in ur pic of myspace:) ok well take care.... hope u dint woked up with a hangover from the superbowl jajaja!!!
