Wohooo...so I've been TESTED several times already when it comes to
ALCOHOL ...and I
PASSED!
Week 3 of no alcohol & I feel great!
...I'm not as tired, I don't feel guilty, I haven't been eating EXTRA because of it, I don't go to bed as early, I'm spending less, I'm FULLY AWARE, & I feel like I have gained CONRTOL over ME & the situation at hand...which was that
REALITY, I was drinking WAY too many nights out of the week...maybe 4-5...UGGGH!!! I know...but now that it's on
LOCK....I can move past that....

...LOL!!
...I honestly just want to keep it up...til who knows when.....
ON the other hand....I have REPLACED it with a new habit...that isn't SO GREAT either.....what's up with my addictive personality

...so b4 it was Sparks...and especially on weekends...it kind of gave me the feeling of
"Ahhhhh a SPARKS to relax.. and NOW....me and my bf have taken up a 16-20 oz cup of coffee ......like THURS night, FRIDAY night, Saturday night, and sometimes SUNDAY too..... I know it's not as bad as alcohol...but ughh....I didn't drop one bad habit to start another....So yeah...I NEED TO CHILL on the COFFEE

FOOD:...I found a low carb store....and I found my SOUL MATE there too.....
CHOCOLATE!!!
SUGAR FREE!!! 
!!!....so I got me some, and some Low Carb Almond Meal and made me the BEST batch of LOW CARB CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES that I could make...and DAMN they were good! ....Lots of fiber in em...
...I haven't been cheating on food, actually I a few days ago, I got inspired by some before and after picture of some man somewhere, and I decided that I need to incorporate A LOT more small meals...so i'm trying to kick it up and do at least 5-7 little meals, MAINLY shakes....in the day...and a nice early dinner & snack at night!
Exercise: ...I am carrying my resistance ropes around ALL DAY, and I actually was doing some stupid exercise YESTERDAY and PULLED some shit in my neck

....
BUT today I'm ALL BETTER! I've been trying to do stairs, and yoga, and resistance ....
SO FAR SO GOOD, cause I lost
2 lbs this week!
...it's funny how it took me LITERALLY
ONE month to gain 12lbs

and it's taken me 3 weeks....to lose 6lbs! ....really though...what a numb nut I can be....
