Tuesday: WAKE UP EARLY WITH a FORK LIFT'S HELP!!!and making it to morning SPINNING!!!
Wednesday: HOPE THAT FORK LIFT still has some UMPHHH to PEEL my ass of the bed, and into SPINNING class at 6:30am!!!
Thursday:-Go to a park after work, that I don't really like running at, but since it's lighted....and do at LEAST a 3-4 mile run!!! Make that 4 at least!!!
Friday:--Super Long Run/Hike in Mullholland Hills!!! DO IT DAMN IT!!!
Sat....:OFF
Sun: OFF
