MY hobbies as of Lately......EATING & COOKING!!!
Okay....so PEOPLE....let me just tell you HOW MUCH I LOVE MY NEW LOW CARB LIFESTYLE!!! I am eating better than ever, losing more than ever, feeling better than ever, LOVING LIFE MORE THAN EVER, and MOST OF ALL,......FEEL SECURE ENOUGH THAT I CAN DO THIS FOREVER!!!!

...and um ....my size 6 pants....are GETTING LOOSE AT THE WAIST!!!!!!
...This is WEEK 5 ....like NOTHING!!!!

1) Portobello Pizza----YUMMMM--about
12 carbs for 2 mushrooms--
-portobello mushroom
-no salt diced tomatoes can 1/2
-pepperoni slices
-oregano, basil, pepper, garlic powder
2) Suffed Pepper w/ Ground Beef and Cheese w/ Deviled Eggs--
12 carbs
--ReD Bell Pepper
--Cheddar Cheese
--Eggs
--Mustard
--Chili Powder
3) Ground Beef Skewers-4 carbs for 2 skewers
-ground beef
-parsley
-onion
-garlic powder
-onions, mushrooms, bell peppers
4) Cauliflower Pizza--12 carbs for 1/2 pizza
-frozen cauliflower
-Mozzarella cheese
-Eggs
-Low carb Pizza Sauce
-basil, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, parsley
-spinach
-fresh tomato
-mushrooms
HMMMMMMMMM......anyone needs or wants the recipes....I'll give em to you!
But yes....according to my new lifestyle...I really just count carbs and stopped looking at the rest of everything like calories, fat, and blahhhhh, but I do look at the
SALT, the SUGAR, and the CARBS....and allow myself about 25-35 carbs per day....on occasion I do about 20 carbs....
I am currently in an Ongoing weight loss phase----and when I reach 10lbs from my goal I will transition into a Pre Maintenance phase...and will up my carb intake by another 10-15 grams.........til then,....
.LIFE IS GOOD!!!!
OMG....and I am FULLLLLL OF RECIPES ....you name it...I have a low carb alternative.....i think I'm becoming the CHEF BOYARDEE OF LOW CARB!!!
