OK, Alta. The sunrise tomorrow is 6:42. If I get to work and start running at 6:45 that gives me a solid 3-4 miles before I have to start work. I will do this, but you have to get to your spinning class in the morning, forklift or no forklift. Deal?

Hola, ALTA I love the way you write your diary. lol That long post you wrote today about just getting back from Vegas. I'm like that too after a holiday .. takes me a while. Wow, do you ever go on a lot of holidays! And yes, one beer in 6 weeks is GrrrrrrEAT. I told my friend today I'm going to drink red wine instead of overeat. (jokes)

You HAVE been busy! Wow- thats a lotta trips to take in one year.. I'm jealous :) Your food looks amazing! I've been trying to get into the crazier recipes that I would have never thought of trying(which isn't hard, since I don't cook :rolleyes: ) but I think I may hafta try the caulipizza. Have a fabulous day tomorrow~ :)

It was difficult but I'm glad I stuck to my guns...otherwise I would have ordered at least a medium and ate it all! LOL I have a huge bowl of left over Halloween candy too on my coffee table staring me down (reeses cups, snickers, butterfinger, kit kat, etc). Good thing I don't have a sweet tooth or I would be in trouble. I think I will bring it all into work and let my co-workers get fat! Otherwise I will just stare at it everyday wondering what to do with it. LOL

....WOW...I can't believe TRI is beating you by a hair.....if you whip it out though,...YOU GOT THIS IN THE BAG...it's so much harder to gain muscle for men, than lose weight for women!!! I can't wait for the results!!! CheeeeeeeeoooW!! :party:

Girl, I feel like something is seriously wrong here. I thought this should be a "fair" challenge...like it would be hard for him to gain the weight...at least as hard as it would be for me to lose the weight. But somehow the weight is packing on quickly for him. My guess is that he has been so hard core on the triathlon training that now when he cut out almost all cardio and switched to weights he is quickly gaining weight. His body is trying to get bigger...which is good since he is 6ft and less than 160lbs. So I think its his body's natural way of trying to return to a normal weight! LOL I'm not going to talk too much crap though because I want him heavier. Makes me feel more like a women when I know I am weighing less than my man. haha

And as far as my plan of action: HERE GOES.....

Monday: late night-- Jillian vidoes--2 of em....at LEAST
Tuesday: WAKE UP EARLY WITH a FORK LIFT'S HELP!!! :eek: and making it to morning SPINNING!!!
Wednesday: HOPE THAT FORK LIFT still has some UMPHHH to PEEL my ass of the bed, and into SPINNING class at 6:30am!!!
Thursday:-Go to a park after work, that I don't really like running at, but since it's lighted....and do at LEAST a 3-4 mile run!!! Make that 4 at least!!! :iagree:
Friday:--Super Long Run/Hike in Mullholland Hills!!! DO IT DAMN IT!!!
Sat....:OFF
Sun: OFF

...now with prayers...my ass CAN DO THIS...it's just about getting back into the swing ya know!?!?!? ugggggghhhh........yeeeeah...YA KNOW!!! ;) LOL!!!!!
