Okay....so PEOPLE....let me just tell you HOW MUCH I LOVE MY NEW LOW CARB LIFESTYLE!!! I am eating better than ever, losing more than ever, feeling better than ever, LOVING LIFE MORE THAN EVER, and MOST OF ALL,......FEEL SECURE ENOUGH THAT I CAN DO THIS FOREVER!!!! :hurray:...and um ....my size 6 pants....are GETTING LOOSE AT THE WAIST!!!!!! :eek: :cheers2:

2) Suffed Pepper w/ Ground Beef and Cheese w/ Deviled Eggs
--12 carbs
--ReD Bell Pepper
--Cheddar Cheese
--Eggs
--Mustard
--Chili Powder

3) Ground Beef Skewers-4 carbs for 2 skewers

-ground beef
-parsley
-onion
-garlic powder
-onions, mushrooms, bell peppers

4) Cauliflower Pizza--12 carbs for 1/2 pizza

-frozen cauliflower
-Mozzarella cheese
-Eggs
-Low carb Pizza Sauce
-basil, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, parsley
-spinach
-fresh tomato
-mushrooms

HMMMMMMMMM......anyone needs or wants the recipes....I'll give em to you!

But yes....according to my new lifestyle...I really just count carbs and stopped looking at the rest of everything like calories, fat, and blahhhhh, but I do look at the SALT, the SUGAR, and the CARBS....and allow myself about 25-35 carbs per day....on occasion I do about 20 carbs....
I am currently in an Ongoing weight loss phase----and when I reach 10lbs from my goal I will transition into a Pre Maintenance phase...and will up my carb intake by another 10-15 grams.........til then,.....LIFE IS GOOD!!!!

OMG....and I am FULLLLLL OF RECIPES ....you name it...I have a low carb alternative.....i think I'm becoming the CHEF BOYARDEE OF LOW CARB!!!

I noticed you mentioned phases what plan are you following?

Sorry I was hibernating.....I actually had such a busy week....and not at the same time!!! LOL!!! I miss you and love you too!!! We should go watch the Lakers this week baby!!!
 
Since VEGAS!!!!........

Okay.....so since Vegas.....we got back on Sunday......

Sunday: I came home relaxed, drained from Vegas, worked out issues at home, Feel GREAT :biggrinjester: Had a nice dinner at home!!! Went driving around the city taking nice pics with the NEW CAMERA!!! Drank a BEER FINALLY...in 6 weeks...and a cheesecake...hehehe...it was my one free day, in 6 weeks!!!

Monday: Went to work, went home early...still needed to hibernate...BBQ at the house.....:drool5:....

Tuesday: Went to work, came home, BBQ again ....GOOD TIMES!!!

Wednesday: Went to work, came home, went to the market did shopping late night....I mean real late night...we go like at 12:30 am sometimes 1:00am :eek:...love the cheese samples :biggrinjester:....oops maybe they aren't samples....but at that time they are!!! LOL!!

Thursday: Went to work, came home, went to a PlaY!!! :biggrinjester: It was about the judicial system, the inmates, the courts, parole boards....real interesting!!! Knew someone in the play......I would say this is my second one!! I liked it!!! Really well put together!!! Then went to a Bar with Live music!!! Santana style type music....it was cool, different crowd!!

Friday: Day off, stayed home, worked on business, worked on minimal chores, caught up on sleep, went out to a Bar with my cousins at night, haven't seen them in like a year....GOOD TIMES!!!....

Saturday:: Woke up, cracked my eyes open, and spur of the moment, ENSENADA, MEXICO trip knocked on our door, so we took it!! Took of since morning, drove out there with a nice couple....another SAGIIIIIII....so it was a ball, rode ATV's on the beach at Sunset, rode a couple hours, Drank, Ate Tacos....no flour baby ;)......super hungry still though.......:drool5:.....Ran out of time for Lobsters....too much fun, too many drinks, not enough time!!!

Sunday: Back to work,....went to my Mom's house, and spent time with the most adorable MANNNNNNN in the world....my little brother....ROMAN....:beating:

Soooooo now....to the NITTY GRITTY of working out....as you can see, this is what happens to me....i go on Vacation, and it takes me a minute to roll off of vacation mode, as i still want drinks, and party and NO REAL working out!!!.....Long Walks don't really count for shit in my book, though Yeaaaa it is doing something....but NOT WHAT I'M USED TO.....I know I can do killer workouts, and really am ready to get back on it!!!

Now,...that I think about it.....No wonder I haven't lost tonsssss of weight by now.....

....Okay....so you see my problem....I stay on vacation for like a week after I come back from these....now I need to learn to control the working out, when I get back from these, and RELAX the drinking!!! ( though I am verrrrrrrrry PROUD of myself, because I have let myself have ONEEEEE beer :cheers2:, which for anyone who knows me....knows I love a good Pale Ale....but YUP, only one in 6 weeks!!!) I definitely think that is an accomplishment in itself!!! I DO NOT CHEAT myself when it comes to FOOD and eating....it's weird...something just clicked in my head one day...and that's it....LOW CARB was FOR ME......and Cheating went out the window!!!Everything I eat all day ever day is regulated, and Low Carb, and the Hot Green Tea is drank in Gallons!!! GO FIGURE!!!! :beating:


.....I love myself a LOT NOW, and GOD even more for helping me!.....

If it wasn't for the boyfriend challenge I would have lost it this weekend. I was home sick by myself and wanted to order Round Table Pizza...yep, the chicken garlic gourmet. I have not ordered pizza in years but for some reason that pizza was calling out to me. And since I was sick snuggled up on the couch I thought it would be nice to have it delivered....then I'm like, "Hum...I can't order a personal pizza and have that delivered. I need to get something bigger so the delivery guy doesn't feel like he wasted his time". LOL

So after much back in forth in my head I decided to pass on the pizza and stuck to the low carb. Good thing I did...my boyfriend has already took the lead in our challenge but I still have a fighting chance. :)

I need to get back into the working out too. What are you going to do?

Oh man....yeah....Ensenada is like 3 1/2 hour drive...depending on the driver!!! LOL....you know SLOW asses!!!.."STEP ON IT!!!".....Goooo Baby Goooo.....it's GOOD times though!!!

Monday: late night-- Jillian vidoes--2 of em....at LEAST
Tuesday: WAKE UP EARLY WITH a FORK LIFT'S HELP!!! :eek: and making it to morning SPINNING!!!
Wednesday: HOPE THAT FORK LIFT still has some UMPHHH to PEEL my ass of the bed, and into SPINNING class at 6:30am!!!
Thursday:-Go to a park after work, that I don't really like running at, but since it's lighted....and do at LEAST a 3-4 mile run!!! Make that 4 at least!!! :iagree:
Friday:--Super Long Run/Hike in Mullholland Hills!!! DO IT DAMN IT!!!
Sat....:OFF
Sun: OFF

...now with prayers...my ass CAN DO THIS...it's just about getting back into the swing ya know!?!?!? ugggggghhhh........yeeeeah...YA KNOW!!! ;) LOL!!!!!
