OTHER than that BOooooo ME!!!! I went and watched the LAKER GAME!!!! WooooHOoooo WE WON!!!! ....and WITH THAT came....a bunch of beers and a couple DRINKS

I am soooo POOPED and HUNGOVER today.....so I MUST muster up some STRENGTH and GET my BUTT on the HUSTLE and EARN ME MY points!!!!

I ate BAD too.....TOOK PAULA's ADVICE......had a CHICKEN wrap from MC DONALDS like at 2 in the morning.......and DON"T forget my and my BF shared a CHICKEN strip meal with the FRIES too........ and some appetizers at BJ's BREW HOUSE.........

IT"S OKAY.....SHAKES and POO BABIES for me today.....FROM now ON....no more watching GAMES......cause THIS is RIDICULOUS......I CAN"T LOOSE.!!!! and GAMES cause CHEATING!!!! TODAY is a NEW DAY though....SO LET"S DO THIS my BUNNIES

Ya I've pretty much cut the drinking out to one day per week, or even less... Sometimes I go 2 or 3 weeks without a drop. What is so good about that is it only takes a good beer or two to get me feeling pretty good... I can still hold my beer tho. Its the hard stuff that gets me into trouble

My friends who drink much more are actually jealous of me and my lower tolerance. I can spend less at the bar or the restaurant and have a great time. Everything in moderation is my motto, except exercise and poo babie shakes, right???

and that is ONE of my goals....to make it to a point where I don't QUENCH the damn beers or liquor...and I WANNA be a "CHEAP DRUNK"....lol.....GET IT..........it REALLY is so much better to not drink and then DRINK one and BE TIPSY....woooo....

I remember that the first time I lost like 50lbs....and reached 139 lbs...I had quit for 8 months....and I look back and I dunno HOW THE HELL I did it......quit drinking COMPLETELY and then when I drank 8 months later....WOOOOAAA it was GREAT...one drink and I was tipsy...NO MORE for me.....NOW that is a bear TEASE ....lol

...I guess it was just DAY BY DAY....but I think the liquor is holding me back....and I don't want that ANYMORE so no more HOPEFULLY.....LOL....

AND goooooooooood FOR YOU SAMMY BOY...I'm GONNA try and BE LIKE you.....I'm SO HAPPY for you that YOU can MAINTAIN a MODERATION around other PEOPLE who drink more than YOU......cause I KNOOOOOOOW it is NOT THAT EASY!!!

I've noticed that the older I get, the less I can tolerate when it comes to boozin it up. NOT a problem for me tho, I agree with sammy- can go a few weeks with out it.
As for poo babies and triplets: I prefer flax to psyllium husk, tastes pretty good to.

no doesn't have to be my recipe....

I would experiment and see what amount causes bowel movement for you enough to SQUEEZE them POO BABIES!!! ...heheh.... we are ALL different....but ME

...I put about 2 tablespoon full per shake....equivalent to about 9 grams of FIBER....

...I think I might pick up the ground flax too ...to give my body a change from the ground Psyllium SEEDS....heard good things about it!
