And BECAUSE of YOU.....and NOT letting MY team CAPTAIN down....I dragged OUT OF BED this MORNING and I WENT to the GYM to weigh in......and WORKOUT!!!! CHEEEEOWW!!!

Girl it's really good that you're cleaning out your pooper. That will help prevent colon cancer which is no laughing matter. It's great to see you taking care of yourself, plus the weight loss aspect of it doesn't hurt either does it? lol

I know....my GRANDMA got diagnosed with COLON CANCER a couple of years ago and luckily she had what she called the "pollups"...lol.....NO NO ....NOT "PULL UPS" ;)....but HOWEVER you say them, she got them REMOVED and she is GOOD for now...just keeps CHECKING them out and keeps removing them!!!

BUT that is SOOOO not what I want....so TRUE story for ME....POO BABIES!!! ;)
 
I STOPPED doing the MAIN things that GOT ME TO LOSE originally....so I HAVE decided......IT IS WHAT IT IS........YOGA is great and ALL and I feel IT working WHEN I DO IT GREAT and NOOOOOOOT thinK about the HEART and HEAT.......but I SHOULDN't AVOID success JUST to be able to GO TO YOGA.......not to MENTION the GUILT of HAVING PREPAID the MONTH.......NO MORE OF THaT for SURE.......WHEN I Go....will be PER CLASS....THATS it.....

That really is the best way to do it. I pay $18 per class now and I go every Thursday night. Once a week is all I need and I want to start trying to stretch on my own at home a few days during the week also so I can really start improving during Yoga. That is the bad thing about pre-paying...the guilt you feel when you don't go. I bet in the end it is probably cheaper to pay per class if you take into account all the missed classes??!!

Soooo TRUE....I feel HORRIBLE about myself....ITS like I THREW money OUT for NOTHING!!! AND you are SOooo RIGHT THE GUILT!!! ;) NEVER AGAIN!!!

Colon cancer runs in my family, pretty rampantly...
My dad has been really good about getting his colonscopys tho.
He got his first one at 50, and then his most recent one at 55, in
which they found a bunch of polyps... He now has to have one done
every year instead of every 5 years... I'm so proud of him for being so
proactive about his health. I hope he lives until he's a 100 yrs old, lol...
Reading thru your diary the motivation you have is contagious. I will have
to frequent yours often :)

I am SOO SORRY to HEAR about your DAD :(...WE NEVER want those things TO HAPPEN to anyone LET ALONE our IMMEDIATE family!!! Sooooo UPDATE for TODAY!!!

I dragged ME OUT OF BED this MORNING :gnorsi: and MADE a CHAMP of MYSELF and HIT the GYM.....believe ME ....I got up and back in bed and DID it again...and ONE LASTTTT time.....:biggrinjester:............then I SAID...NO!!!

I'm GOING and I WENT baby!!! I met an INTERESTING man....who OPENED my EYES a LITTLE.......he told me......something THAT I NEVER GAVE MYSELF the option to do.....cause I JUST DIDN"T!!!.....HE SAID.......

"ON THE DAYS you DON"T want to COME to the GYM, instead of just NOT working OUT at HOME....COME ANYWAY....and tell YOURSELF you DON"T have to WORKOUT if YOU DON"T want TO"!!!!:bigear:

*****What a THOUGHT go to the GYM for WHAT then right.....to do 2-3 min. ONLY....but THE REALITY is that THIS IS JUST used TO BRAINWASH yourself into GETTING THERE.....once THERE .....I mean COME ONNNnn....WHO is REALLY gonna drive there and DO 2 min. ONLY....and I LOVEEEED the IDEA....justtttt DO IT....get THERE.....and IF YOU GET there.....EVERYDAY....YOU willlllllll MOST likely DO SOMETHINGGGG!!!!****

Exercise: GYM---30 min....uphill INCLINE walk...NO HANDLE BARS.....
(you SWEAT more that WAY) 15 incline/ 3.1 speed

TONIGHT: SPINNING/CyCLING 1 hour class 6:30-7:30pm
THEN...meet a friend at another GYM.....MORE CARDIO
.........................to be DETERMINED........................

FOOD: BReakfast: 1 slice of WHOLE wheat toast.....(after gym)
1/8 slice of AVOCADO...spread all over..hmmm
tiny crumbs of CHEESE

SNACK: SMALL chicken wrap w/ (WHITE TORTILLA :banghead:)
eeeeh...GONNA be a LONG workout day...NEED carbs

LUNCH: YUmmy SOY PROTEIN powder shake/ w...
PSyllium SEEDS aka. FIBER.....1/3 banana & blueberries
Water/ and ICE

SNACK: Italian BASIL veggie BURGER on AIR...LOL :biggrinjester:
1 KELLOGS rice cake...lil BABY one ;)

DINNER: YUMMY SHAKE------after WORKOUT---------

BUT I am MORE motivated than EVER........and BACK AT EM!!!! soooooo.....PARTY GIRL mode is OVER!!!

GREAT news....since we want to keep the VEGAS trip mainly with WEIGHT LOSS challengers who want to SPEND TIME TOGETHER and GETTING TO KNOW each OTHER and CONGRATULATING how FAR and SEXY we have BECOME.....I HAVE CONVINCED my friend who as well WANTS to loose weight to JOIN the FORUM and JUMP on a TEAM this AFTERNOON!!! SHE hasn't signed up YET.....but NEEDS the SUPPORT to STAY on track and I THINK this WILL be the KEY FOR HER too and since she works around computers WHAT BETTER way than TO JOIN us....and SHE IS DOWN for VEGAS CHALLENGE too!!!!

I have a friend that I want to convince to join the Vegas Challenge too! I will work on her... get your friend on here and maybe we can just add your friend to the Playmates and my friend to the HOOTERS?

5 min. Stair MASTER
45 min. abs/chest/arms/butt...lol ;)

.....I am sore TODAY.....I ate AMAZING yesterday....and my POO BABIES are back....I didn't go watch the game....though MY FRIEND begged me to go with her to a bar.....BUT I WON...and I convinced HER to go to the gym..........

NO shake after WORKOUT......just had a PINKBERRY frozen fat free yogurt......

I was feeling like A SWEET girlfriend and YESTERDAY I bought MY boyfriend a LITTLE CONGRATULATIONS present....for WORKING sooo HARD on his EXERCISE lately!!!

SINCE he DOESN't belong to a MOTIVATION group as I DO...I FIGURE I should CONGRATULATE him....since he went from an XL to a MEDIUM in GAP shirts!!!

WOOOHOOO!!! I am so PROUD of him...and THE SPICE in OUR lives IS DEFINITELY kicking INTO HIGH GEAR!!! WE're LOOKING SEXIER!! ;)

TODAY....breakfast....COTTAGE CHEESE....lowfat...with mixed frozen berries.....
THE rest of the DAY PURE SHAKES and POO BABIES!!!! CHeeeeeooooWWW!!!

I LOVE MY CHILDREN!! ;) hehehe........nastyyyyyy!!! :smilielol5:

I want in on this goal too..I am at 160 and trying to get to 140 or 135 if im super lucky... we are all around the same! side bet for us three ladies involving a shot at the bar?
