Sooooo UPDATE for TODAY!!!
I dragged ME OUT OF BED this MORNING

and MADE a CHAMP of MYSELF and HIT the GYM.....believe ME ....I got up and back in bed and DID it again...and ONE LASTTTT time.....

............then I SAID...NO!!!
I'm GOING and I WENT baby!!! I met an INTERESTING man....who OPENED my EYES a LITTLE.......he told me......something THAT I NEVER GAVE MYSELF the option to do.....cause I JUST DIDN"T!!!.....HE SAID.......
"ON THE DAYS you DON"T want to COME to the GYM, instead of just NOT working OUT at HOME....COME ANYWAY....and tell YOURSELF you DON"T have to WORKOUT if YOU DON"T want TO"!!!!
*****What a THOUGHT go to the GYM for WHAT then right.....to do 2-3 min. ONLY....but THE REALITY is that THIS IS JUST used TO BRAINWASH yourself into GETTING THERE.....once THERE .....I mean COME ONNNnn....WHO is REALLY gonna drive there and DO 2 min. ONLY....and I LOVEEEED the IDEA....justtttt DO IT....get THERE.....and IF YOU GET there.....EVERYDAY....YOU willlllllll MOST likely DO SOMETHINGGGG!!!!****
Exercise: GYM---30 min....uphill INCLINE walk...NO HANDLE BARS.....
(you SWEAT more that WAY) 15 incline/ 3.1 speed
TONIGHT: SPINNING/CyCLING 1 hour class 6:30-7:30pm
THEN...meet a friend at another GYM.....MORE CARDIO

FOOD: BReakfast: 1 slice of WHOLE wheat toast.....(after gym)
1/8 slice of AVOCADO...spread all over..hmmm

SNACK: SMALL chicken wrap w/ (WHITE TORTILLA

eeeeh...GONNA be a LONG workout day...NEED carbs
LUNCH: YUmmy SOY PROTEIN powder shake/ w...
PSyllium SEEDS aka. FIBER.....1/3 banana & blueberries
Water/ and ICE
SNACK: Italian BASIL veggie BURGER on AIR...LOL

1 KELLOGS rice cake...lil BABY one
SNACK: YUMMY SHAKE
DINNER: YUMMY SHAKE------after WORKOUT---------
I DRANK TONS of HOT GREEN TEA, VITAMINS, and I"M ENERGIZED!!!!
LET'S DO THIS TEAM!!!!!!!!!! AND I WAS right........the DRINKING and the LACK of FOCUSED exercise for 3 weeks...SINCE THE CRUISE..... LIKE I WASSSSS DOING caught ME UP with what TILTERED between 7/8 LB GAIN!!!
BUT I am MORE motivated than EVER........and BACK AT EM!!!! soooooo.....PARTY GIRL mode is OVER!!!
