Soooooo, I was pretty GooD yesterday.....
Food: About 4 shakes or 5 shakes (with all my yummy stuff in em)
-Shakes vary in calories from about 250-300 per shake)
20 Almonds-snack
Dinner: 1/2 cup of soy beans
1/2 cup of lowfate cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of grape jelly
Tons of HOT green TEA
COLD water
VItamins 3 times a day
**I've noticed that when I stop the shakes for the weekend and I come back that MY FRIENDS "POO BABIES" come BACK and the COLON CLEANSE starts all over again!! **Then I'm on a ROLL again
Exercise: Still shocking the system, the day prior I had done Yoga, and YESTERDAY though I did want to go, I think the owners little son had died, don't know from what, and the there was no class

down with some intensity)
- 10 MIN. 5lb. HOOLA HOOP arms up and arm circles
----I was SOOOOO worked yesterday that I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch after the bathroom. And I was so excited cause I really wanted to wake up early and go spinning this morning and didn't want to oversleep I kept thinking about it all night long in my sleep, but my baby muscle above my ankle was hurting when my alarm went off, so I figured I'd ice it today at work, and then GO THIS AFTERNOON____SPINNING & YOGA___
I am REALLY TRYING hard TO SHOCK myself and MELT away and I think it's working cause I tried on the jeans again today to wear and now THEY are even a bit LOOSE on the waist-what is crazy is that I feel I loose faster on the waist than the rest of my BODY---

so HOPEFULLY I don't look funnny!!! I just wish MY LEGS would LOOSE as fast, but HARD work and these DAMN videos will get me there___
