The shocking IS GOING great!!! I feel WAY better about myself, and TODAY another SET of PANTS that I haven't wore in AGES fit again! NOT loose on these but HEY I'm IN!!!! :coolgleamA:

My boyfriend is REALLY starting to notice me dropping weight and maybe not so much the lbs, but the INCHES and he's EVEN starting to wonder why HE IS NOT loosing as much weight and he STARTED one month exercising before I DID!

WE sat down last night and I told him the harsh TRUTH about his eating habits and that HE ONLY eats about 600-700 calories DAILY and generally in ONE large meal with one snack or a BABY meal later! AT THAT rate I told him..........I"M GONNA BE BAYWATCH and you're STILL gonna be a ROLL WATCHER!!! :rotflmao: He started to REALLY take into consideration what I was saying and REALIZED that obviously he is going about it the WRONG way! Sooooo at the MOMENT I let my HEAD get a LITTLE BIG :conehead: while I "SCHOOLED" him a little!!! ;) BUT now, he is on my boat too, copying what I am eating and taking my advice! I am so happy that HE REALLY wants us to continue CHANGING together!!! :jump:

And as FAR as SHOCKING my BODY with the WORKOUTS!!! WHO would have know that THEY were GONNA make me SOOOO SORE I couldn't work out yesterday!!! MY BUNNNNSSSS were KILLING me not to mention the LITTLE BABY TRUCK DRIVER :driving: that RAN INTO MY BODY with these WORKOUTS!!

Sooooo I just HOOLA HOOPED, didn't cheat, got TONS of calories IN GOOD ONES!!! ;) and TODAY BACK at SHOCKING THE SYSTEM!!!

I told my BF next week it's time for another B4 pic of him to see if any progress!!! MEEEEE TOOOOO!! I HOOPE SO!! BUT LIKE YOU SAY LADIES........

Hello! Glad to see you are able to help your boyfriend. I'm sure your loss is making him nervous. What guy wouldn't be a little uneasy about his woman getting sexy hot!!

Isn't it so great when you can get an old pair of pants on. In is IN!!! Go girl!! I can't wait to start getting rid of my larger clothes. I'm fitting into some older stuff too. Feels good.

Even Women Want Me Now!!!!

Wooo WOooo!!! SOOOO LADIES and GENTS....guess what size I am NOW!!!!

YUP........SIZE 7 BABY!!!! :party: I know, I CAN"T BELIEVE IT! ONLY days ago I was a SIZE 8!!! I am STOKED!!! I went to Marshalls yesterday and just for shits and giggles I picked up a pair of size 7 jeans, expecting for them to get stuck mid butt area, BUT NO they went ALL THE WAY UP and BUTTONED with NO ROLLS hanging over the SIDES........I WAS SOOOO AMAZED!!!!

So as far as this PAST weekend I WAS SOOO GOOD compared to the ATROCITIES the previous weekends brought on!!! NOT that MUCH alcohol, and only YESTERDAY did I drink 4 drinks, my calories have been GOOD, and I have been able to control the BINGING by adding more chicken into the diet, and got these 100 cal 70% Cocoa chocolate things that I keep in the freezer to munch on 1/2 at a time!!! I find I am a HUGE CHOCOLATE person and this is REALLY helping me feel like I AM CHEATING (but really NOT), and I found that when I get a craving for a SPARKS, a DIET COKE, or a BABY BEER, what has been tricking my mind is "PERRIER WATER".....I think it's those Gaddddammn BUBBLES of carbonation that I am ADDICTED TO and IT DOES feel like I am CHEATING (but NOT) and IT has been HELPING OUT Sooooo MUCH, to not CHEAT!!!! I know it sounds Strange, but I HAVE TO TRICK MY MIND!!! :)

I started BIKRAM YOGA yesterday!!! 105 degrees HOT is ABSURD!!! BUT I ammmmm DOING it! THOUGH I will tell ya that at 40 min. in I WANTED TO DIE and WALK OUT!!!!!! :svengo: IT was WAY more intense cause of the heat and the not being able to breath feeling that I had expected and must have sweat out about 1lb in 90 min!! I am going to continue incorporating it, thanks to the motivation that I RECIEVED from all of THE PERKY ASSES and FLAT ABS that were SWEATING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME :drool5: the whole class!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE hot AMAZINGLY SPORTS ILLUSTRATED all the women and men looked in the CLASS!!! Unbelievable, and I WANT IT!!!! :toetap05:

SO now, let me TELL ya.........the ALCOHOL, came YESTERDAY from a PARTY I went to with my Boyfriend yesterday, and YOU GUYS would not believe how many compliments I RECEIVED from more than 7 different people!!! I was astounded at the fact that everyone couldn't stop telling me how different I look in just 2 months!!! Annnnnd the best part is that while my bf was sitting around talking to some guys, I was mingling with the girls, and MEN from ALL OVER that I have NEVER MET, couldn't stop coming up to me IN FRONT OF HIM, telling me all sorts of COMPLIMENTS on how beautiful and attractive I am and TWO even went as far to GRAB my hand and KISS it like a QUEEN!!! AND YES HE DID SEE, and what is wonderful is that he is NOT JEALOUS, but I am GLAD that he is now AWARE that though CHUBBY WUBBY I am....this is CHANGING and I AM GETTING way BETTER by the DAY and MEN from all over WANT me!!! And what was crazy was that my BF was being a PAPARAZZI with me , WHICH FELT great, cause he USED TO ALWAYS take pics of me and it stopped for a long while, GEE WONDER WHY, and yesterday it was BACK and I FELT BEAUTIFUL, and it SPARKED MORE MOTIVATION IN ME!!!!! :party:

And LIKE 3 or 4 different guys EVEN had to GO UP TO HIM to tell him HOW LUCKY he is TO HAVE a CATCH LIKE ME!!!! I know.....CRAZY HUH, I COULDN"T BELIEVE IT!!!! IT FEELS GREAT I TELL YA!!!! OH yes, and YOU wouldn't believe how many HOT women were actually drunk and HITTING on me...;) IT WAS actually SOOO FUNNY, I felt like 3 or 4 of them were actually gonna PLANT one on ME a couple times throughout the night!!!!!! HILARIOUS!!!

SO I HAVE motivated myself so much, that NOW, my bf has even decided that he wanted to be part of a GROUP too like me with YOGA, and is STARTING "KRAV MAGA" on MondaY!!! For those of you who do not know what that is....well, it's a form of fighting, self defense, somewhat like KICK BOXING, but in a more street format fighting, that is taught to soldiers in the ISRAEL military!!! SO I AM SOOOO EXCITED for him too, because I HAVE YOU GUYS, I HAVE RUNNING, I have SPINNING, and NOW I HAVE YOGA, but he didn't have GROUPS, only RUNNING and NOW HE DOES!! SO I CAN"T wait for his SIX PACK to come!!!!

YOU are right ladies and gents, I AM MOTIVATING him and HE IS GETTING SCARRED I think! hahaha!!!! :smilielol5: I LOOOOOVE IT!!!! EAT UR HEART OUT BABY!!!!

AND AS FOR WEIGH IN, I'm gonna wait, ONE WEEK OF changing and SHOCKING the system, spinning, running, videos, yoga, and good eating!!! SO LETS see what HAPPENS!!! :party:

Go girl! Glad you survived your first bikram yoga class. Isn't that heat intense? I totally know what you felt. My body was like "run the hell out of here into the cooler air outside now!!"...but I stayed in the room and suffered through it. LOL And yes, the folks that do yoga all the time have amazing bodies. I'm totally in awe each time I go. I keep thinking if I keep going then someday soon I will look like them! LOL

Krav Maga is awesome. I've done a little of it in my self defense courses I took a few months back. It's one hell of a work out. Your guy will love it.

Keep up the great work. Glad you were able to get into the size 7's and do well over the weekend on the diet. Good job! OOUUU
 
Shocking MY LBS AWAY!~

Soooooo, I was pretty GooD yesterday.....:)

Food: About 4 shakes or 5 shakes (with all my yummy stuff in em)
-Shakes vary in calories from about 250-300 per shake)
20 Almonds-snack
Dinner: 1/2 cup of soy beans
1/2 cup of lowfate cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of grape jelly
Tons of HOT green TEA
COLD water
VItamins 3 times a day

**I've noticed that when I stop the shakes for the weekend and I come back that MY FRIENDS "POO BABIES" come BACK and the COLON CLEANSE starts all over again!! **Then I'm on a ROLL again :auto:

Exercise: Still shocking the system, the day prior I had done Yoga, and YESTERDAY though I did want to go, I think the owners little son had died, don't know from what, and the there was no class :(**SUCKS huh!!!

- 4.5 MILE run @ the PARK (ahhhh Soooo BREEZY :) -about 1 hr
- 23 MIN. THE BIGGEST LOSSER Total Body Scult w/ 10lbs weight
(HE kicks my BUTT and he LOOOOOVES squats :ack2:
- 30 MIN. JILLIAN MICHAELS-30 day SHRED workout 1-w/ 10lbs
weight (I was REALLY burning and aching by this POINT)
- 32 MIN. Total BODY cardio PILATES (this felt like a great COOL
down with some intensity)
- 10 MIN. 5lb. HOOLA HOOP arms up and arm circles

----I was SOOOOO worked yesterday that I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch after the bathroom. And I was so excited cause I really wanted to wake up early and go spinning this morning and didn't want to oversleep I kept thinking about it all night long in my sleep, but my baby muscle above my ankle was hurting when my alarm went off, so I figured I'd ice it today at work, and then GO THIS AFTERNOON____SPINNING & YOGA___

I am REALLY TRYING hard TO SHOCK myself and MELT away and I think it's working cause I tried on the jeans again today to wear and now THEY are even a bit LOOSE on the waist-what is crazy is that I feel I loose faster on the waist than the rest of my BODY---:smilielol5: so HOPEFULLY I don't look funnny!!! I just wish MY LEGS would LOOSE as fast, but HARD work and these DAMN videos will get me there___

----I grilled this all together and ate it at work and there was another portion for later on as a snack----THEN SHAKES it is ALL day and ALMONDS at Different time than YESTERDAY---- I believe that changing the times of the shakes, the types of proteins, adding assortment, different workouts every single day, WILL ALL IN CONJUNCTION HELP ME DISAPPEAR before the CRUISE----

MY boyfirend joined KRAV MAGA yesterday, BIKED, is following a HEALTHY assorted shocking diet plan that came with my HIP HOP 6 day BODY sculpt plan that is designed to maximize LOSS fast and SHOCK your system. ALSO, he is RUNNING and DOING THE DAAAAMNN THING too.....SO I AM EXCITED for HIM.....:party:

He is going to be doing 1 hr. of KRAV MAGA/ 1 HR. of CARDIO at the KRAV MAGA place as well/ a class, PLUS + HIS daily 3 MILE run****Since he was in starvation MODE b4 I really believe that with everything that he is doing this will SHOCK him and GET HIM to MELT away FAST before the cruise, but he plans to do it for a period of 3 months--So we are both ON OUR WAY!~!:sifone:
 
Sounds like you are making it happen. Great job on the eating and working out. At this rate you'll be skinny in no time!!

Ahhhhh....ahahahah "THE GRAPE JELLY" is for that TASTELESS COTTAGE cheese!!! I USE it to SPICE the LIFE UP A BIT IN IT~~!!!

I HOOOOOPE I WILL BE, I CAN"T WAIT TO WEIGH IN SOON, haven't SET a day yet, but MAYBE SUNDAY!! I have tomorrow off, and WORK THE REST Of the week STRAIGHT into NEXT week, which PISSED me off at first, BUT hEY, I FIGURE on the PLUS side, it's a GREAT way to STAY on TRACK cause WHEN I WORK it's EASY to eat healthy, and EXERCISE!! :hurray: I want to be in the 150's SOOOOOO BAD!!!! LAST TIME I CHECKED 4 lbs and I WAS THERE!!!

OH how I WANT IT SOOOO BAD!!! :ack2:

I fit into a size 6 at 128 lbs, my old weight and final goal. Well I can see I'll be popping in here for motivation. TTYL

PUMPED!!! I AM!!!! :party: I know it was so sad about the owner's son, I couldn't imagine the PAIN, but hopefully the meditation session they have will help him too, at least to relax and take in everything going on!! TRAGEDY SUCKS!!

It is WEIRD about the sizes, and sometimes though I am happy about them being small, IT THROWS ME off, cause the REST OF MY BODY needs to catch up with my WAIST! BUT well, what cha gonna do!! When I got to 140, I was size 2/3 in a lot of different manufacturer's pant sizes too, and I still didn't look it, so I GUESS FOR ME TO LOOK it, I"M gonna have to be a -6......:rotflmao:....WHO KNOWS!!!

And my LEGS were THICK then too at my lowest, which is WHY I REALLY THINK even if it gets soo small in the waist...KEEEEEP GOING cause the REST OF ME....NEEDS HELP!!!!

BUT HEY! IT IS KINDA COOL TO BE ABLE TO SAY YOU ARE THAT SIZE, even though YOU DON"T LOOK THAT small!!!!! :) SO I'LL TAKE IT!!! :party:

It's also HARDER cause WE SEE EACH OTHER EVERY DAY, but when we joke around and grab each others ROLLS, mine are WAY smaller, and this MORNING I even told him, that I REALLY thought he was GONNA MISS MY ROLLS, cause what was HE GONNA PLAY WITH when I"M all SPORTS ILLUSTRATED on his ass,......guess NO MORE ROLL SANDWICH FOR HIM!!! ;) hahahah

AND as far as the EXERCISE,.....GIRL...during the week I am probably not DONE exercising till about 11:00pm at night! BUT I TELL MYSELF, that where there is a WILL THERE IS A WAY!!! so DOOOOOO IT!!!! ;)

I don't know if you have a TRADER JOES or WHOLE foods MARKET around there, but BASICALLY any market in the HEALTH section with the PILLS and stuff should carry it, or GNC is a FOR SURE FIND!!!

I just use a VANILLA SOY PROTEIN POWDER (no specific brand, I like to save
and I just go GENERIC)

--FRUITS: FROZEN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS,FROZEN MANGO CHUNKS, STRAWBERRIES, 1/3 Banana per shake, Blueberries, ORANGE, apples....

Basically: SINCE I AM TRYING to INCREASE the CALS cause I am working out HARD, and I find it hard to EAT a lot more, ;)....the SHAKES do wonders, NOT TO MENTION that I DON"T LIKE TO COOK EVERYDAY nor do I WANT TO......

2-4 scoops of SOY PROTEIN POWDER
PSYLLIUM SEEDS----aka FIBER---2 tablespoons (THIS IS A MUST) poo babies
1 1/2 cup of WATER
3 cubes of ICE
FRUIT: I usually choose about 3 or 4 different fruits of any of the above listed, (I TRY TO CHANGE IT SO THE TASTE OF THE SHAKES VARY and COLOR) LOL :)
---THEN BLEND---:hurray: YAY and YOU are DONE.......NO SUGAR........the fruit does that and ALMOST always I PUT the raspberries and blueberries cause they rev up the system.

VITAMINS I TAKE 3x a DAY after shake or meal:

1)MULTIVITAMIN & MINERAL ANTIOXIDANT-one pill
2)GREEN TEA EXTRACT
3)CALCIUM
4)FLAX SEED OIL
5)FISH OIL
6)ULTRA GREEN TEA WITH HOODIA-SUPPOSED TO SUPPRESS HUNGER A BIT?
7)GLUCOSAMINE W/ VITAMIN D----FOR JOINT SUPPORT

AND tons OF HOT GREEN TEA THROUGHOUT THE DAY---1/2 GAL...MIN...

i KNOW IT'S A LOT, AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE ALL THOSE, BUT I DO....AND I FIND THAT ALL OF THESE GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO WANT TO KEEP WORKING OUT!
