Have you done low carb before? some people cant hack it, im soooo glad im not one of em!

Well....I'm down!!! :D!!!

I used to do a low low carb for like 5 months like two years ago or something like that...It was pretty good! After a while though, I felt bad about eating so many damn dead animals! :blush5:! Butttt...I'm over that right now!! I can dig chicken and fish and steak sometimes! :)
 
my biggest fears is that chickens evolve into highly intelligent animals, and then send a warrior chicken back in time to save the lives of their ancestors and i will be a primary target.

I've devoured many fowl in my time :D

Thats one canned fish I have trouble eating. I dont know what it is but I am not able to be in the same room as it.

Fresh is no problem....and there isnt any other fish (except sardines) that I dislike.
But salmon....no es para mí.

Gratitude Ignites AMBITION!!!

...Isn't it funny, how when we are grateful for the things in our life, that bring us health, happiness, joy, and money,...that we actually do more of the things that it actually takes to keep those things coming? :beating:

On the same note, isn't it funny, how when we are out of sync with gratitude how all of a sudden our motivation levels go DOWN!! We are not as grateful, which entails our effort levels going down and our results being no where near where we want. :toetap05:

...It's so easy, even with knowing all I do about aligning the gratitude with visualizations of what you want, and an inner true knowing and BELIEF that everything will happen for you with constant effort,...that we can still manage to get side tracked and derailed!! :hat: Go figure right?!! ...We are human. What can we expect?! :)

It's the truth though..... Once you aren't grateful, motivation goes out the window, effort follows it right out, and positive results are no longer on it's way to your door step. And then we wonder where the hell our motivation went?

I truly believe that in any aspect of one's life, that in order to maintain the Motivation Levels high, we must RE EVALUATE the things we are grateful for. This in turn, shifts our perspective and our attitude towards things into a "receiving standpoint". You align yourself to receive the greater good of the efforts expanded for yourself. For example:

--When I am grateful for being able to walk, unlike some people in wheelchairs- I am then not only motivated to walk, but to RUN~!!! (versus when I fall out of gratitude-and get LAZY and want to sleep because walking is something I can do any day. But is it?! Really is it?! Will I always be able to walk?! Or is that something I'm taking for granted because I can now!?)....Right. Taking it for granted. :/

-- When I am grateful for my ONE client of the day, then I am more able to do the tasks that I need to market myself to attract more clients into my life. (versus, when I fall out of gratitude and I think, "Oh man,...I only have one client right now. Then I feel like a failure and don't want to do anything to attract more clients. Is the amount of my clients based on the services I offer, or my efforts to market myself?! Right. My efforts. Are my efforts resemblent in the past of what I have received? Yes. When you appreciate one person, doesn't it feel SO good, to find other people that you can appreciate?! Yes!!! Makes me want to work harder!)

--When I am mindful of the DAILY goals that I set for myself, realzing that TODAY is the only day of my focus, then in turn I am motivated to Drink water, take steps, count calories, take vitamins and eat healthy! (Versus, when I fall out of gratitude for the immediate day, and beat myself up for things that I should have done days prior, or things that I did do that didn't align for days prior. That makes me want to bunch all my days together and beat myself up for the time mis spent. Not good. Not motivating. All I want to do, is continue in the same patterns to BEAT myself and punish myself for doing the LACK of appropriate actions the day before. Is it important to APPRECIATE today and forget about yesterday?! HELL YES! That shit passed, let it go, and start over today!!)

--When I fall out of gratitude for calling the people I love, I feel bad, because I think that I have them FOREVER. (Is that true?! No. Should I call more!? Yes. Do I only have today that I am for sure of? Yes. Only today. This in turn makes me want to express daily to the people I love. Appreciate and love them while I have them. Tomorrow can not be spoken for, but today can.)


Bottom Line: If we appreciate the love, happiness, and kindness that is in our lives...and appreciate the SMALL things, we are motivated to continue doing the things that it takes to get those small things. Motivation runs HIGH and we are elated at the fact, that WE DID THIS! The positive shines, and we SUCCEED!!!"

I've realized that my alignment was off lately. What I'm doing to re align myself is:

1) Not underestimating the power of a short walk
2) Not underestimating the power of a drink of water
3) Not underestimating the power of networking
4) Not underestimating the power of PRAYER!!!!
5) Not underestimating the power of PLANNING!
6) Not underestimating the power of counting calories.
7) Not underestimating the power of giving PRO BONO sessions for clients on Saturday every 2 months for referrals! (Starting this Saturday-client Appreciation day for me-Pro Bono sessions all day!)
8) Not underestimating the power of calling relatives and making someone smile daily.
9) Not underestimating the power of waking UP early!!!! (WORKING HARD for this!)
10) Not underestimating the power of writing my thoughts down.


I'm trying again to shift my ENERGY to create a different flow of events in my life the weeks to follow!! I'm excited about this and have decided to take the DAILY step that is the hardest to do, meditation, self hypnosis, and prayer DAILY. Allowing my awareness to heighten and align filling itself with gratitude and freeing my mind of the SELF!

On the positive side,...

This weekend I :
- rode 13 miles beachside on my rollerblades
- rode my stationary bike and did arm exercise
- did leg exercises

On the negative side:

-I allowed for alcohol and good times to take over my life!
-I allowed for some crap food to come into my life as well!

..damn. It's because I wasn't in appreciation mode. I Now am!! I found a new place to rollerblade by my house today, so I think I might do that this afternoon after work before I work on my speech for my class next monday I'm teaching!

Also, lined up, 2 pro bono NEW clients for Saturday for my Client Appreciation Day!

I'm excited about it! I'm also Teaching a 2 hour SELF HYPNOSIS class next Monday which I am a bit nervous about because my school asked if I wanted to be a guest teacher!! :D! Honored, but nervous. LOL!! I'm going to prepare my talk this week, though I have known about it for almost 2 months. eh! LOL!

...um yeah. No. NOT FEELING IT!! ..haahha...

...Cans are not good, period. **shakes her head** (as I think of the canned garbanzos, and canned beans I have in the kitchen** hahha.... Once upon a time, I would have never allowed that to happen! It would have all had to be sprouted and soaked and Oragnic. Hmmm :/ maybe one day again...

Hmmm...:drool5: Salmon!! The other day, I made some on the grill. I put it in foil and poked holes in it, and it almost came out like Jerky!! I forgot what seasonings I put since I always get WILD ;) in a Healthy Way on my dishes!...like...Bam! Take that!...as I sprinkle away! hahaha :D!
 
I did rollerblade 8 miles tonight. Made a delicious healthy meal of whole wheat pasta (very small portion) (my book hasn't got here LOL ;) ) with one egg. I know weird but,...with basil and pepper and tomato ontop. That's it. I sped while riding, and it was liberating! :D!

A small baby fact about me is that I once upon a time was in a ROLLER HOCKEY TEAM for the YMCA. HAHAH... True Story. Little trophy to prove it! ;) ...but yes.....Sweat. Good times. Found a superrr nice trail by the house, that can take me MILES of smooth riding that is alongside the Orange Superfast Bus. They created their own special lanes so that these buses can defy the normal speed limitss and catapult you to your location in a moment's time. I'd love to go as far as it goes if I have the time and liberty for it one day. Today I was strapped to come up with this 2 hour Self Hypnosis presentation!! AaaaaayyyyyyyYuuuuuuYYyya! I'm watching videos as well,...I'm feeling more secure when I take notes and practice. BUT STILL. 2 hours is a LONG time in front of people.

LOL!... You don't even know how many times I have thought of calling the Director of the school and BULLSHITTING my way out of it. BUT really, what is that going to do?! THIS IS WHAT I WANTED. Now I'm getting it. I will do everything in my best effort to not sabotage myself. I will not call him obviously.

The goal here is to get myself comfortable enough in front of a group and prove to myself that I can TEACH a whole course by myself without shitting bricks in front of people..HAHAH ;) ...and actually making sense without looking like I'm going to sweat a river out. THIS WAY....I'll actually take the steps to market myself for group talks like I really want to do and see myself doing. I'll actually do the things that I know, like send all the emails to the group coordinators, and speak to the appropriate people that I know I can book if I only try. See, the problem here is not convincing them, the problem here is convincing ME!! People meet me and think, Oh for sure! She says she can do it, looks confident and YES, she can do it! Done, Booked! ......then I turn around....SHITTING BRICKS in my head, like ...WTF did I just do?! I'm SCARREEEEEED! hahah :D! Which is how I got here to this opportunity now. LOL!! :D! Scarred as shit, hiding behind a smile!!

So that's why this will be good for me! I'll get over the initial fear, and show myself I can do it. Take the steps and book group talks, get more clients from the talks, and eventually line myself up to give group charging seminars on different topics. :) Ahhh.., LOL!!! ...But yeah...first things FIRST!

..The thing I keep thinking about is: What if the director of the school sits in?! Ugg....he's a teacher himself! He always says I'm great, but ...well, what if I freeze?! LOL! OMG...I'm gonna do self hypnosis tonight FOR SURE!!! :D! hahah...

In your videos you come across as very comfortable and confident as well as very approachable so whatever you have to say the audience will love you. I'm sure that you won't freeze but even if you did the audience would be sympathetic to you just because of the sort of person you are :)
