...I know I shouldn't have but, I wore some high heels last night, that I bought on sale, real cute, on my way to the Sauna yesterday. My ankle kinda hurts a little bit more cause of it though.....sucks!...damn chick at the boutique

...So I've decided to stop cleansing already because well, on
Day22 I broke,....I went to a party, had drinks, had Rice, Roasted tomato with hummus and tahini, and dolmas, and Cranberrry and Vodka


...all in one night, ....
so that night....YOU can just imagine was
HORRIBLE....I mean the worst...I couldn't sleep from such a bad stomach ache!!! My stomach grew like 6 inches that night alone from bloating! .....So, the next day in attempts to cleanse what I had done, ....try to go back on it....well, it turned out to be Thursday night....and I decided....

want to at least RESEARCH more on Raw eating and found these cool COOL

classes
where the instructor actually cooks for 2 hours there, and you make TONS of RAW YUMMY meals together!
She is SO AMAZING!!! I loved the foods

...honestly, before that class, I don't think it was something that was even feasible in my mentality,...but SHE made it
REAL VERY VERY REAL for me !!!
...I go every Thursday night 7:30-9:30 pm for 5 weeks!! I can't wait for this Thursday!! The food was good!!! Really impressed! It's very empowering to know that you can just throw ingredients in a blender and have it taste good...and make your own sauces without heat!! ..not bad..not bad...DEFINITELY interesting.....

HELP ME THIS IS GOOD!!!
....oh yes, so back to my REASON why I stopped cleansing and am coming off, ....SO YEAH, Thursday night hits, and I taste all this yummy stuff at class right, then I go home that night to stay at my mom's house...and she made Chicken Soup -(mind you I haven't ate chicken or meat or dairy now in like 25 days or something )...so at first....
I WAS DOING FINE...eating only the soup...then I saw a carrot,....then I saw a rice kernal....then I saw the chicken...and then IT WAS OVER

!!! I hammed down a full bowl with a Palm size Chunk of chicken!!! ...and the next day....I cleansed again...to cheat AGAIN...and eat a chunk of Mediterranean Bread with humus

!!!
....so the next day....you can't even IMAGINE what happened to my stomach...it grew like a MELON inside my stomach....it was WEIRD....and scarry...it grew like 6-9 inches..
.BLOATED BLOATED!!! .........so I decided ONCE AGAIN....hell no....I have to cleanse now....look at my insides....I fucked them UP!!!....so I did for 2 days....and yesterday I decided that I needed to come back to the world of foods....so I started incorporating Fresh Fruit and Fresh Fruit juices back in, today as well the same, with one soup.
Tomorrow..add in vegetables, and the next day add in grains...(SPROUTED that is)!!! haha!!!
...tonight I'm going to the market to start my Raw Eating Shopping...
then the Sauna!!! Woohoo!!! I'm LOVING the SAUNA...I can read, it's my alone time, and It makes me feel SOOOOOOOOO RELAXED....so relaxed, I think my bf was wondering yesterday "
WHY I WAS SO GADAMN RELAXED and he couldn't be!!" hahah!!!!
...overall.....my stomach went down A LOT since yesterday...still not completely back to normal...but almost!! Almost!! I feel GREAT about myself though!!......on the sad note though....I took a full body pic of myself the other day...and honestly...though I look much better...
HOW COULD I LET MYSELF GET SO BIG!!!...I couldn't even see my legs under all the fat...they are non existent....but It's OKAY...because those pics have
MOTIVATED me to TRY TO MAKE MYSELF BETTER THAN I AM EVERYDAY!!!
...Soon my ankle will be back to normal and then I can do more exercise ...til then...melt away with some Sauna and Some Yoga, and Raw Eating! !!!
