3 pounds is great and if it werent for TOM it probably would have been more!!! I am also determined to make august a good month. I hope you get to 240.....and i know you can do it.

Jenna... I've spot read through your diary and I must say... CONGRATS! For the past 60 days you've really pushed yourself and I'm sure your confidence in yourself is always turning around. :) Keep going girly! You can DEFINITELY do it (you've proven that already with these first 2 months).

Sorry if you mentioned this already, when are you starting Law School? Next spring?
 
Hi Everyone.

Thank you sooo sooo sooo much for your support. Without all of you I don't think I could have made it through these last 60 days. Lots of Love and :hug2: :hug2: :hug2: Hugs:hug2: :hug2: for everyone:)

I made it to the gym today: I did 70 minutes on the treadmill on the hill setting level 6. I went 3.8 miles... I did a little jogging but its hard when the treadmill is going up and down up and down LOL Then I did 20 minutes on the bike... In that 20 minutes I went 5 miles... so about 8.8 miles today yay!!!
Then I did 30 minutes of weight training:)
I felt soooooooooo good afterwards. The best I've felt in a little bit.

Food so far today:

Breakfast: one egg and grapes
After gym Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: spinach wrap with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and onion

Hi Liz... welcome to my journal... because I'm graduating August 30th... i've decided to take the opportunity to retake the LSAT in september and apply for september '08. I didn't do poorly on the LSAT the first time... I just knwo I CAN do better:)

I'm sorry to everyone whose journals I havn't visited as much as I'd like ... Iv'e been really hectic but I'm going to get there ASAP.

My moods have been fluctuating all night... I guess its my pmsing... sometimes it lasts for like a week and a half to two weeks before TOM even gets here. I'm sorry this is probably TMI.

Soo I'm just feelign sooo ughhhhhhhhh....

Dinner tonight was Teriyaki chicken, brown rice, and raw carrotts.

I hoping to wake up tomorrow and kick ass at the gym once again!

28 lbs in 60 days??!! Holy crap girl! I am insanely jealous..lol It's taken me over 6months to lose 36. That is awesome! Keep up the great job. How much time do you spend working out each week? I've been doing 4hrs p/week, and then last week did 6.5hrs and gained 3lbs. Whatever...

Sounds like you did EXTRA well today! I bet you lost MORE than 3 lbs, you are just retaining water from the TOM.
Your next weigh-in is going to be an exciting one because there wont be any bloating! Yay! haha.
You are doing sooo well, and should reach your goal, or at least VERY close to it by graduation!
You'll look and feel SO great, and everyone will notice and compliment you. :)

Keep it up, you've just inspired me!

I wanted to pop in and say "good morning!" We're getting the college stuff taken care of on this end. Tomorrow I go get the parking pass, id, books, and more paperwork, most likely, lol! Hope you have a great day!

Bikini: Thank you soo much :) I try to hit the gym for 2-2.5 hours at least 4-5 days a week and then go for a mile walk or clean a lot on days when I don't go... At the gym at least an hour is usually spent on cardio. I dont' count calories just try to eat healthy.

Selena: I'm sooo glad your getting it all sorted out before you know it you're going to have a degree:hug2:

Kari: Thanks sooo much for your support... I'm hoping I can get really close to my goal for the end of August:)

I also don't think I'm going to class today... besides another useless off topic class yesterday... I just have some things I need to take care of... 15 more days and no more college classes... yay!

Food so far today:

Breakfast: eggo nutrigrain multigrain pancakes and a yogurt

after gym snack: yogurt (i'm going shopping to get some food one of the things I need tot ake care of lol)

Good evening everyone.

I hope everyone had a joyous day. I did... today was a good day.

I went food shopping and did some more cleaning... and relaxed a bit. I'm always soo tensed and stressed... and considering I have an extremely stressful schoolweek coming up I figured I should have a rest day:)

Sheryl: There can never be too much random silliness in one day if anything there most certainly is not enough silliness in any given day:) By the time we get those gold medals we're gonna be two hotties!!!

Natalie: Thanks for stopping by... its always great to see you.

Food Today:
Lunch: whole wheat bulkie roll with 1 slice muenster cheese, beef bologna and turkey

Dinner: chicken and black bean burritos with (chicken, black beans, spices, low fat cheese, brown rice) and corn on the cob on the side.

I now have fruits and veggies in the house now cause I went shopping so now I can eat more.

Now I just have to start burning fat like crazy!!!! HA! Go me I've never been so determined.

Sounds like your doingawesome as usual!!!! Hope evrything gets Less stressful for you soon!!! I also am going to make an appointment with the foot doctor...hopefully soon. That chicken burritto sounds yummy...might have to try that one.
