Lots of hours of cleaning today and I already feel better. Tomorrow we're going to do more cleaning. Getting this apartment is soo important ... I didn't realize how important before... i'm going to be able to cook more, not have all this dust and clutter. There won't be garbage all over. Its just gonna be much nicer. Plus... i was constantly moving for hours... working up a sweat and such... yea for exercise while getting shit done:)

I feel soo bloated... Even with the diuretics. I'm not taking them for weightloss... when I feel like a mean nasty old TOM is on its way -- usually when I feel extremely bloated for a couple days... i take them it eases it up a bit.

Its soo wonderful to be bloated for my weigh in on Monday... oh well... its gonna be what its gonna be:)

Not much eating today... Hot dog for lunch (no bun just a hot dog), carrots for a snack, and whole wheat pasta with sauce and some cheese for dinner.

You've got to eat more than that, girl! I understand, though. I don't like to eat as much when it is hot and muggy outside.
 
I know:eek: I'm gonna be up at least another few hours Maybe i'll eat some fruit or something later.

I really had my eating and exercise on track for awhile .... not that I have fallen off the wagon just life has conspired to make me not do as great as I was... I feel really really bad about it... guilty actually... eventhough I havn't eaten anthing bad... am I just insane?

Monday ... TOM and all I am totally back on track... Otherwise someone or something will feel my wrath:mad: RARRRRR:mad:
 
I get the guilt thing. I wanted to cry when my dietician weighed me today and said "Honey, what happened this week?"
 
You cant expect to have a good weigh in with TOM. I know personally i get sooooo bloated. So dont stress over the weigh in. Its just a number.
Ive been in the cleaning kick this week too....feeling much better about my house now!!

Just DONT let the number on the scale discourage you. Dont forget thats there is going to be a lot of extra weight because of water retention. And since you're feeling as bloated as you are, you may be retaining a lot more water than usual.. maybe 6 to 8 lbs.

I'm not ... whatever the scale says I am going to accept it... I've already lost 25 pounds in the last two months... I'd say that's pretty good... I could have lost much much less:)

No breakfast today because I just woke up again... wow ... off to a bad food day already :/... oh well... hopfully the rest of the day will better.

How are you Jenna? Sound a bit busy, I too am cleaning house. I have a gentlemen taking me out .. hopefully wed ...lol I have gone down a size and bought these black capris for september, but I am going to wear them wed ..with a nice top ..

but anyway .. keep up the good work! and don't feel guilty, just try to get back on track the best you can...
I know where you are at ... I am about the same way right now ..except no TOM ..

Ok first off 25 lbs in 2 months is great. Cleaning while it makes me tired always makes me feel great after I am done :) I still gotta clean out my garage since i didn't get to it yesterday.

Hope you have a great rest of the day as far as food. Its nice outside too but kinda hot. not really muggy cause our heat is usually a dry heat thanks to the desert weather.. lol anyways keep up the good work and don't worry about the weigh in with tom on the weigh I just finished with tom and am worried about my weigh in on monday too. Hopefully it will be a good weigh in for both of us on monday
 
Yeah, you have lost double what I've lost since May 19th! (12 lbs) So I think you have done great!!!!

Hello everyone!

Thanks soo soo much for stopping by and giving your support. Well weigh in is tomorrow and it is going to be whatever it is going to be:)
I hope I don't let anyone down :(

Well phase one of the cleaning is almost done (all garbage and nastiness out, dishes done, organize, crap off the floor, most of the laundry done). We got to a great great start and I feel soo much better.

Next weekend will be the rest of phase one and all of phase two, scrub all surfaces (floors, walls, counters, any surface) and get rid of all dust.

Phase 3 is maintenance the hardest of course:rolleyes: But I'm determined this time it is going hand n' hand with my weightloss!

Well we had quite a fun time at the laundrymat today... NOT! In the middle of our cloths washing the boiler blew up or something... in the middle of the rinse cycle... so not fun soo our cloths were sopping wet and not fully rid of soap and we couldn't finish washing them! At least we got our money back... we decided the best plan of action was to dry them and wear them instead of dragging them across town sopping wet and having to start the whole process over. It took forever to dry 45 minutes with our cloths split between 3 dryers (they were sopping). So we were really hungry andall there as for food was dunkin donuts and a pizza place... so I had one slice of pizza ... I felt guilty... but I got over it... it was only one slice. Hopfully a bunch of the soap got out of our cloths or we're going to have to take them to be washed in a couple of days.

Food today:

Lunch Chicken stir fry

Snack: veggie bites

Snack: one slice of pizza

Dinner: chicken brown rice and veggies

Better than yesterday!

Back to the gym tomorrow!

You know what Rena... I really really wish that they could experience it juse ONCE... the worst is I'm only pmsing so I'm bloated beyond belief!!!

O0ooo... I forgot... I also went for a one mile walk while waiting for my laundry to dry... YAY!!! so there was some exercise this weekend:)
 
it appears dinner isn't happening tonight... got full from the pizza... now its too late LOL

Well I weighed in this morning... and... it said 257:)

So not soo bad only another 3 pounds but in 60 days I have lost a total of 28 pounds:jump: I'd say that's damn good HA!

I would really like to lose another 17 pounds to get to 240 for my graduation on August 30th. Hopfully I can! I think I can I think I can! Sorry the Little Engine that Could just popped into my head.

I'm off to the gym now I'll be back with more later.

BRAVO Jenna on the 3 lbs! looks like you lost the 3 I just gained. of course you've been doing a lot better at staying on track than I have. so it's well deserved. YAY for you, and keep it up. if you keep at it, you just might reach (or at least come close) your goal for graduation.
