Well I'm not getting about any sleep tonight, and I'm hungry so I'm snacking every once in a while.

Umm.. tomorrow:

6:30 English Muffin w/ Raisins 130
10:30 Turkey Sandwich
Fruit
Carrots
3:00 Yogurt
English Muffin
4:30 Tuna Fish Sandwich
Fruit
If I want something after the football game, I'll eat a cheesestick and maybe something else, a 100 calorie pack maybe.

I stuck to it.. somewhat.

I ate about 1300 calories.

Tomorrow should be good. I'm too tired to think right now about the whole day, but for breakfast.. it will be whenever I wake up (*cough* late) and it will be oatmeal.

lol, that's true. I should be doing some situps, and I will in about an hour, I'm so exhausted. I can't wait for this week to be over. The quarter is over for school so that means that the teachers aren't all planning a bunch of work to help us boost our grades and we have states for band on saturday (I can't march) so, that will give me free time on Mondays and Wednesdays when we usually have 2-3 hours of band.

Ugh, I can't wait.
 
Alright I have split my weight loss up into two parts... the first goal will be to get to 135.

Tomorrow I'll post where I am now... or maybe Saturday if I can't get on tomorrow.

But, I should be about 5-10 pounds away from that. After that I'll have 15 pounds left to get to 120. Maybe I'll split that up since it is a hard task to get to 120. Probably it will be something like the first goal of 130, then 125, then 120!!! Lemme just say, there will be a party when I reach that.
 
So, down to 143 from the challenge, not bad if I do say so myself condsidering I was doing very bad last week and I'm on crutches.

Hopefully by the 10th or so, I'll break 140!!
 
Today just turned bad, hopefully tomorrow won't be

So, I have band all day tomorrow, 6am-10pm

So at about 5-5:30- english muffin 100
10:30 or so (rest stop)- Power bar 110
1 or so (lunch)- Sandwich 120
Carrots 50
fruit 70
6 or so (dinner)- Sandwich 120
manderin oranges- 80
cheese stick- 80
8 or so (football game)- power bar??? 110

so all together for the day- 840... but where do I add in the calories
 
I think I'm just going to leave it as it is, I need to make up for the bad day today.

I need some help with sunday though, the past 4 sundays I ahve binged
 
hi, runforfun! great job on the weight you have lost so far! it's awesome that you're taking control of your diet at such a young age, so you will be a healthy and balanced adult. i have had binging problems myself, and i know how frustrating it can be. are you letting yourself get too hungry before eating? that can lead to binging. try eating small things spaced throughout the day so your blood sugar stays even. and after a binge, the best thing to do (for me) is to go for a walk and try to analyze why the binge happened, what triggered it, and resolve to work on whatever it was. then drink a lot of water to help push the stuff thru your system. just work at it and it will get better. good luck to you and take care :) .
 
I usually would just do something, but I'm immobile right now :p

Not too bad yesterday, probably about 1400 calories or so...
 
Alright, today already isn't going well, but I can hopefully change that for tomorrow. I feel like crap right now.

For the rest of today

11am- yogurt and toast
1 pm- 100 calorie pack and salad
3 pm- tuna fish
5 pm- sandwich (turkey?)
7 pm- healthy choice dinner,

I don't care about calories today, considering I've already consumed about 2000 :(
 
hey there sweetie... you are so hard on yourself - and I just want to hug you and say cheer up!!! I think that something that might help you out with the binging is knowing that you have to write everything down in here. I have noticed that you only post your food on days when you do okay - but if you also posted everything you ate when you binged, it might help you think twice about it...?

We all are rooting for you! How much longer will your leg be in a cast?
 
I get off crutches tomorrow... but I can't run, carry anything, or walk for long distances.

Please someone tell me somethign I can do to condition myself.

Alright, I'll try it out amomono. STARTING TOMORROW I WILL WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING I EAT. The thing with me is I have no commitment. I will just say screw it. Also I feel like I HAVE to please you guys or you won't accept me.

Today is also ruined... stupid food.
