Well the sun is out today thank god. My day care children where so happy to be out side riding around the bike track today. After last week 5 days inside they were starting to climb the walls. I asked 1 of my clients who is a personal trainer about drinking water and she told me if you drink to muck you are actually doing your body more damage than good she told me you should have approx 1 litre of water per 25kg of body weight per day. Oh I showed her my program and she said its great and she loved the way that it is personalized for each and every one of us. The only thing she didn’t like is that it has no good fats in it so she advised me to have flaxseed and fish oil cap daily

i should be having 4.28litre of water per day at the moment and she said don't forget to readjust it as we lose our weight
