Hi everyone, TASH, my weight loss is also very slow, disappointingly so really as I expected more from such a rigorous and restrictive diet. I have cut out the crispbreads in an effort to get the weight moving but so far no luck. I hardly have any cheese so thats not the problem. My B6 is ok, as is my water intake which is between 2 and 3 litres everyday. I am not cheating. I just don't know what to do. I am a strong willed person but only when I get results... this is not good enough so far. Its only been 900g this week . I can do better than that on weight watchers. I am feeling pretty crapped off because if i am this slow now what on earth am I going to be like when I get closer to goal? I know this is why they tell us not to weigh too often but... I can't control myself. LOL
