I started the Cohen diet about 3 weeks ago, the first 3 days where "hell", I have never had an addiction or needed to go cold turkey, but I think that going of starches was really tough, I couldnt work on the 2nd day, I just couldnt think clearly.
I have lost now 9.5KG...so going well. I am doing the internet program, is anyone else doing the internet program? I found the responses from the consultants a little terse.
The question I had is what do you do when you just are not at home and need to attend a resturant with the family? Do you just do your best to follow the "spirt" of the program ? It just is impossible to get exactly the right quantities or types of foods. I went to an indian resturant and had a salad and some fish tandori, it was the best I could do, but the salad had a oil dressing on it etc. I guess the fish was a little bit less than my allowance. Anybody have any tips?
