"But" - it so damn hard to get motivated. I know I can lose this in no time but I can't seem to get back into that zone. So I need all the support I can get desperately.

I've been going on and off cohens for the past 2 months...I just didn't have that initial drive in me.
Anyways 3 days ago I made my Breaky, Lunch and Dinner and put them in the freezer. And Sam....it works! My mind does not crave any bad food anymore. I had VERY bad

hedaches for the first 2 days....AWFUL! BUT today when I went out with my Mum, I didn't give into eating any cakes/pies etc - even when I was forced - I simply said..."NO..I'm back on Cohen's". It works....just organise your food a few days in advance and that should help you. I lost 900 grams in 3 days!
My biggest challenge was saying no to a nice piece of mango/peach ricotta cake slice! It looked devine and I had a mental picture of it in my mind for hours! When it came to lunch time, I had my yoghurt and mango with crisp bread and imagined it to be the slice...and the image in my head was no more. I swear this weight loss cravings make you delirious! But it's all about power! You have control!
Another bad problem I had was, that I would make Breaky or Lunch....but when I got home from work I was tired and there was a nice fresh meal at home...and I would give in and eat what everyone else in the house was eating - BAD IDEA. I kept telling myself "it's just one meal"...but that one meal made me go from 50 kilos up to 55!! I was horrendus. I'm short so it makes me look like a major fatty boom baa.

And I was lazy and kept falling asleep! No energy in me at all.
Now that I've made my food in advance, I simply cannot give up (or waste food...cause food = $). And I can honestly say it works. Please give it a try.
I need to start exercising...but I've been lazy....that'll be my task for next week
