. Whilst I haven't posted for awhile, i have been reading daily or almost daily just seeing how everyone is going, it helps me knowing that others are on this journey with me and some have reached the destination,

My goal range is 54-57kg and I'm hovering in the low 60's at the moment. Have been feeling very constipated and bloated the past 1.5 weeks but am hoping that that has resolved

itself. Monday marked week 28 and I'll be talking with my consultant tomorrow. Next week I'll be ordering refeed, even though I'm a little way off yet, I'm going on hols to Brissie for a week and want to have my 'refeed consult' when I get back so I'm all prepared when the time hits. I had hoped that I would be finished before I went away, but that isn't to be, so no wine or choccy or other 'treats' for me yet but I know there will be a few surprised looks

Saw the Dr today for a check up, she is new and was very impressed with my loss

, while my blood pressure has
always been a perfect 120/80, today it was even more perfect(?) 110/65. Wow.
Keep up the good work peoples, it is so worth it, down from size 22ish/24ish to size 12 (knickers are 10-12s, sorry about the visual

). I can't believe it when I look in the mirror, it takes my breath away sometimes. Have a good Cohens day all.
