Club 140s

ok so after the 140, it was 141 two days in a row, and then 142...i went to the gym yesterday (strength training) and walked (at a very fast pace) for 90 minutes today...i wanna see it go down tomorrow

i have a mini goal of 135 for the next 2 or 3 weeks....

i had stopped drinking green tea (haven't found the decaf one in the store)..i'm gonna resume that habit and see how it goes...plus i know i haven't been eating the healthiest breakfast...
 
greentearocks - good luck at the scale. Try to keep to healthy food and stay consistant with the exercise levels. It is hard work for us all - but it is really worth it. Do what I do - keep saying to yourself "nothing tastes as good as slim feels". Just a tiny weight drop will take your weight down to the next level.

141/139 this morning...this past week wasn't good food-wise nor exercise-wise so my plan is finally and permanently get into the 130s this weekend through lots of exercise (which I love btw)
 
Greentearocks - you will be joining me in the 130s any day. It sounds like you are already there really.

139 this morning! but I won't join the other club yet...I know I can get into the 130s solidly this week, these past two weeks I didn't exercise and I can only blame myself for procrastinating with my work and thus ending up not having time to exercise...

plans for today: green tea! (i love it!), some walking/running :) love that too :)

140s club i officially bid you farewell! hehe...joining the 130s club will put some needed pressure on me !
 
I started of with a Plateau! What the hell?!!

I started off at 143, a week later, I'm still 143!
(I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 120 lbs)

I have significantly cut down my calories. I don't under-eat, at the same time. Small, frequent meals, lean Proteins, vegetables and a little fruit. Lots of water..

I exercise about 4 times a week (40 minutes cardio and 30 minutes resistance training).. It's not much, but it's much more than I ever did before...

I cant lose any weight! I don't think I've lost any inches either.. Anyone ever go through this before??
 
Is there anyone left in the 140's?! Everyone seems to be doing so well and ending up in the 130's! Congrats! :D

I can't wait to join you all! It's crazy to even think of myself being in the 130's. But hey, I would have laughed in your face a few months ago if you would have told me I'd ever reach the 140's! :)

Just joining this club!! Well I've been 145 for ages, but I'm new to this sight lol.

Got down to 136 last year, but unsurprisingly I lost motivation.
 
yep... i'd like to join you. i stuck at 147 since almost a year now, because i lost myself or better to say, i lost my discipline in eating healthy and less. :nopity: my goal is the 121s but will see with which weight i feel good then...
 
hey guys! im pretty new here so i thought i might fit in here :p

i was previously 216 pounds now i am 141(im 5'5). my short term goal is 135 for now!
 
Hey I can officially join this club... even if only for a week or two... I am currently 141.7, with the goal of however low I can go and still look "healthy."
 
I'm nearly half way to being out of this club, with a weight of 146. Hmm.

I wonder, when I reach the 130's club, how far I'll go? Upper 130's? 135? 130? Even lower, into the 120's? Hmm.. I think anything lower than 125 would look sickly, I'm 5'7" after all. I have a feeling that I'm going to end up at the lower 130's..

Actually, where ever my waist goal leaves me at, I guess..
