Club 140s

hey guys im back! ( internet was gone for awhile) anyway, ive only lost about 1 pound this whole time. but ive started working out again, been a bit sick in and out of hospital, but now its time to get back to it

Well i'm about 143, my goal is 125. I just need help getting motivated. So if anyone wants to talk daily to keep each other on track i'm here.

what kind of work outs have you been doing? I thinking of start my turbo jams again , yoga, and some weights?
 
So how do you get started with a plan and how do stick with it? My weakness is diet pepsi, and I drink like once a week? I eat pretty good during the day but supper time not so well. I have time during the day to work out but I just don't do it.
 
Hi, im not exactly new to this forum..

Hi... my name is Emily and im now in the 140s, 143 to be exact. Im 5'5 19 years old...i used to be very active. I played soccer competitively and ran track. I got out of soccer when i was 16.. for stupid reasons.. and i have been battling depression for the last year or so.. alot of my depression stems from my poor body image.. and i know that if i lost some weight and became fit again.. it would help me MAJORLY. My goal is to change my lifestyle completely and get back down to 115 - 120.
 
I'm joining for now! I'm at 148, and have been for a while now, but I really don't want it to go to 150! My ultimate goal is 115-120 lbs, but all toned up, not just saggy flesh. I'm 5'2" by the way. Hmm I'm working on losing five pounds by April first... I can't wait to go to club 130's ;) <3
 
was 138 last time i weighed, but have since derailed, so most likely slightly into the 140s again...and i had seen 130 on the scale back in november :(
 
I walked off 500 calories today, but I ate like 2000. Not so well =/ Oh well... I guess I can start fresh tomorrow... I'm just tired of being this way.
 
2000 calories isn't so bad! It's probably pretty close to your maintenance- and that's without the exercise on top of it! The way I see it, even on my 'bad days,' I'm still eating less than I used to on a LOT of days.

And yeah, I'm not in the 140s, but the 150s club is completely dead! I'm going to work my little heiney off to get into this club FAST.
