Chunky_Soup, oh I know where that is! I have relatives in the thumb etc. I lived in southwest Michigan, actually near Kalamazoo and in Kalamazoo for a few years. Stay warm up there! :)

Hmm as for burning a DVD. I think you can use a regular CD-RW. The program you use to burnit, just has to be capable of burning more than MP3's. About the best info I can give and I"m not sure its 100% accurate.. Hopefully some one else has more knowledge! :) Have a great week!!

Nice to see everyone again, and to get some encouragement. It's been relatively good this far. My mind sets have changed some, and just going to turn over a new healthier leaf. :)

Actually this winter hasn't been terribly cold or windy. The largest snow we've got this winter is only like 6 or 8 inches, which is nothing. Today the low is only 27...not too bad. :cool:

(sounds like a lot, but I had small portions of all)

Small baked potato
.5 cup cottage cheese

Water-3 Liters!!! (don't know how I was able to drink that much, and plus not spend my whole day in the bathroom...lol)

Gazelle-60minutes!

Breakfast-Fruit(grapes & bananas)
Low-fat yogurt
Plain Bagel

Lunch-Small tuna fish sandwich
Salad w/ tuna
(had half the can in a sandwich and half in the salad)

Dinner-Hamburger Helper-Lasagna (I'm so serious when I say this is one of my favorite foods & I managed to eat a sensible amount)

Water-2 Bottles

I am suprised...today at breakfast and dinner I filled sooo fast. I didn't really want any more lagsagna flavored Hamburger helper!

Back to school tomorrow!...
I was enjoying no homework. College sucks some times!

Thanks...the last few days I've been putting in a good movie that I like and the exercise time seems to fly by!
 
Oh My godness...lost my internet! So I'm at the library updating for the past few days I missed...I've been writing it down to help me remember!

Thursday-first day of school...needs to get a chance to get an eating pattern there

Breakfast/lunch-Nutra Grain bar
fig neutons
pop tart
sticks and cheese
leftover hamburger helper

Dinner-steak
green beans
small paked potato

water-1.5 bottles


Friday-
Lunch-Turkey sandwich
pickle
crackers with cheese

Dinner-lasagna
texas toast

I have been doing an awesome job at keeping my portion size down! I need to work on finding time in my days for exercise lately because I have been overwhelmed with friends birthdays and school restarting. So no exercise but Monday brings a whole new week to work on that!

Have a wonderful time till I get a chance to get on or our internet is back up and running! Good Luck!
 
Praise the Lord...I got my internet back!!!

I exercised for an hour Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This weekend spent it with a friend because she was getting married so I wasn't all that good...but hey she only will get married once!

I really struggle with the dinking enough water thing too. I have been better recently, but it is something I have to constantly remind myself to do. Your meals sound good. Do you plan out what you eat ahead of time? Keep up the good work! :)

Nah...I don't really plan ahead. I just look for something healthy to eat, and I don't pick dinner since I still live at home.
