You're doing great soup!

Hehe, water intake is about the only thing thats easy for me. I have a desk job, so I always have a cup of water at my desk. Plus, when its empty it gives me an excuse to get up and walk around. :)

I probably won't get much time to exercise this week because of homework and church...but I will definately keep up my good eating!

Breakfast-Pop-tarts

Snack-cheese and sticks, applesauce, granola bar

Lunch-Tuna fish sandwich (I am officially hooked!)

Dinner-I think another hamburger helper thing

Just dropped in to check on how ya doing, we all have those busy weeks, just fit the exercize in whenever you can.

Hey Chunky. Sometimes life gets so busy it is hard to find the time to exercise. Even a little bit is better than nothing though. Just do the best you can until things calm down a bit.

I eat poptarts for breakfast sometimes too. My kids love them, so they are there. The Smore ones though...yum.

Hang in there! :)
