Hey there - havne't seen you around for a few days.. come back to us soon!!! And don't worry about us caring if you got off your diet and gained a few pounds or anything like that if that is what is keeping you away... we are here to help each other!!! =)
I've been doing pretty well. I have been realizing that my "diet" isn't just a diet it is truely a lifestyle change. I will have a few choices and decide to take the better choice. I've been taking daily walks with my dog (you can see a pic of him in my profile). I haven't been to the gym yet this week because my friend had to cancel her gym membership because they messed up her bank account on multiple times making her go in the hole. But I'm thinking about me being my own motivation and getting back in there!
I did want to share something exciting. It may seem funny but I was sitting in church the other day and noticed my legs were crossed and it was actually comfortable. I never have been one to cross my legs but now I think that I just may be!
I would love to feel comfortable to cross my legs. It must have made you feel wonderful. I know to some it may sound funny, but I feel ya! I'm not comfy yet, but hopefully soon I will be crossing with you!
Hey girl =) I totally know what you mean about feeling/experiencing the weightloss! I'm so happy for you that you were able to notice a difference in yourself. Oftentimes this is such a slow process that we aren't able to see the results we want, but those moments are wonderful =) Keep up the good work!!!
Wow...it's been sooo long since I even thought of writing in this thing...

Ok I know I'm not doing that well...but this week I am working on eating less. Then I'm going to start working on eating better.
I like North of Detroit in the Mt. Clemens area. (between Detroit and Port Huron)
By the way has anyone ever burned a DVD on their computer...and is it possible to save a DVD to a computer? I want an exercise DVD that I found...and I'm not sure exactly what I need.(like can I use a regular CD-RW?)
