Thank you ladies, but like I said the support network here has helped so much, previous efforts have seen a few days etc, but the logging and diarising of things has helped so much.

You just keep consistently crushing it; that deserves a bit of praise. Think of all the work you will already have behind you by the time everyone else starts on January first ;)

I need to get in to the correct habits so that this isn't just a short term thing, I have tried before and either not had the support or not stuck to an achievable plan, I think with the support on here and also the fact I have began to get in to a routine is helping.

I cannot believe I have now been 4 weeks without bread or fizzy pop and I do not miss either, I am well past any craving state, if anything at the moment I am cranky if I sit down for to long.

I love it when people can appreciate the benefits of improving their diet & lifestyle almost straight away. Getting cranky when you sit for long? :D Happy days!

Dr Bee, I am if anything annoyed that I have stagnated for 10 years. But at 38 years young, my initial 12 week period finishes in February just before I turn 39 in march. Onwards and upwards good people.
