Well just had my work lunch break, chicken salad and still on the water, went for a 20 minute walk before it so feel energised

quick query, any advice on how much water I should be drinking, I am averaging about 2.1l per day (3 x a 700ml bottle) so about half a gallon, is this about right for me?

weight on Monday was 208lb if that makes a difference.

half a gallon/2 litres is around the recommend amount - I drink much more than that as it keeps me full (and I'm always thirsty!) so I probably have 3 or 4 litres a day. The more the better really..good for your skin, for keeping you full etc. I flavour mine with squash to mix it up a bit! Or herbal teas.

Well found my jawbone up, yesterday a new battery in and I shall be tracking my steps etc and posting daily ( the previous day)

I'm glad you found your jawbone Geordie :D I assume it's like a Fitbutt (the nickname for my Fitbit). Well done on 2 weeks without soda especially! I drink between 1.5-2 litres of water a day, plus herbal tea, fruit etc. I think the jury is out on how much we should drink. I once drank too much apparently & was leaching out valuable minerals. You're doing well :)

It is the jawbone up move, I had the original jawbone but when it broke they replaced it with the move, so after 6 months i am getting used to wearing it again.

Every pound lost is one you should never have to see again. Weight-loss/ getting healthy & fit is never a straight path, but you are on it. Well done!

No, I did a 2 mile jog after dropping the kids at school, the jump rope icon is for cardio (I have a shadow boxing routine I do for 25 mins) the walk in the afternoon was my lunch break around a 2 mile trail next to the office (as I was on a 1-9 lunch was 4pm)
