Not done a great deal of running in recent years, but I know it is good to get fresh air and running is good, low impact and I am enjoying it.

Week 3 weight 205.4lbs
Down 1.4 lbs, the old me would have been disappointed, the new me is looking at nsw (none scale wins).
I am now getting quicker jogging
I had pants on over the weekend I have not worn in years
I jiggle a lot less

Again: losing a pound a week is a good achievement; anything more is worth celebrating. Especially if you've been losing a pound or more EVERY week. And even more so when you simultaneously up your exercise (muscles doing more than they're used to hold on to more water). But congrats on the non-scale wins as well!

La Maria my long term goal is 170/175lbs, but I have set myself an initial target of 190lbs within 12 weeks, so I am happy with my progress and I have 9 weeks left to lose 15lbs, so maybe I was being a little ott, however, if I miss but I keep up the diet and exercise then I won't mind as much (still will be annoyed) as the last 3 weeks have changed me mentally and physically and the time has flown. 9 more weeks to go.

Satuday 10th data.
Still got out for my run, but was at work 12-6.30 looking after the agents on my own so couldnt have a lunch time walk.

Day 28 today, I feel I have came a long way, really enjoying the running, plus on my lunch yesterday found a few short (10 minutes) kettlebell routines. so I have decided from tomorrow, to coincide with weeks 5,6,7 and 8 I will be running the routes I have been (around 2 miles) but adding before the run 10 mins of kettlebells.

I would also like to take the opportunity to thank this site for keeping me honest and the people on here for the support.

You are keeping yourself honest. Just being here helps I think. You have come a long way. Well done :D

Doing great, Geordie! Ten minutes of kettlebells every day can be rough, take care of your form please!
