I bet it was the pretzels! Did you read the label and see how much sodium was in them? I remember looking it up once and even though the calories were low the sodium was crazy high - like a whole day's worth in one serving.
Or could it be TOM arriving? That seems to happen too.
Either way you are doing good so stick it out and results will happen - they have to! Have a great weekend!

I think it was the soup and maybe the pretzels too and not enough water.. i drank a lot of water before bed and I woke up this morning back to normal and actually half a pound down! They body is so strange..

Day 18

weird day.. was in a funk or something and never quite snapped out of it.. i ate sporadically and didnt get a workout in..always struggle on the weekends! Alta always gets me focused though.. chatted with her earlier and im ready to get my workouts back on!tomorrow i am coaching volleyball from 8-3 then we are celebrating my birthday tomorrow night.. im going to do my best not to go too crazy with the food and drinks but its hard on a birthday! ill have to work it off sunday! as for today.. im moving on!

I wish I liked fish! It would be so much better to have more variety in my diet but unfortunately I only eat like 20 things and most of them are unhealthy :( Somehow I wish I could overcome this.. still trying to figure it out!

Oh yes. I also got my workout in today too! Just came back from the beach and there is a set of stairs that has 200 one way. I did -10 rounds! My legs were TREMBLING!! It was insane! :jump: 200 down/200 up- 1 set! Soooooo over 4,000 steps! BAM!!! :D! :reddevil:!

I can eat breaded fish sometime, but fish is just not my thing either. :seeya:

Day 19- Borthday Party

Ok.. so I am not even going to get into what I ate this day but lets just say that it was not good.. none of it was healthy and i feel so guilty today! I know my weight is up and I am just hoping not to gain this week..

I still no matter how bad I want this keep screwing myself up! I am not working out as hard as I should be and i am still spluring on food at least 2 days a week which is messing up any chance i have at weight loss.. Only good thing I can say about what I have done so far is that at least I am working out now and no longer steadily gaining! but i would like to lose lol :)
 
I think in moments like these, it's best to PLAN for it all.

Calculate how many drinks you are alloted, calories, and as well for miscellaneous cake, and stuff like that. It's really simple to get out of control. So if you plan for it, you stay in control, and most definitely WORK OUT if you know you are going to get a little loose.

At the weight watchers meeting I went to, Orientation, the lady said,..."If you have a mess up day, or meal,..what you do is COUNT IT AS A VEGETABLE-0 POINTS- AND MOVE ON!! :D!"

I liked that because it made me realize NOTHING is worth BEATING OURSELVES UP OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN AFTER THE MOMENT HAS BEEN DONE WITH! Why are we going to let ONE MOMENT ruin out ATTITUDE about the direction we are going in?!? We shouldn't! That meal only has the right to do that to you, if YOU ALLOW IT! So stop it! Get back on it! And take it day by day. :D!

YOU ARE CONSISTENT!!! YOU ARE DISCIPLINED!!! ;) keep telling yourself these things! I AM! I AM ! I AM! I CANNNNN! :cheers2: (That's GREEN TEA in the cups!) LOL!
 
DAY 20--End of this bad week!

Phew.. this week is over.. i love a fresh start and i need one. my food has been bad this week! Ive got to get back under control and am fairly certain im looking at a gain for this week..moving on

Yeah! We had a good time.. I am not down about it.. I know it was about to happen! I am more dissapointed that I took it so far.. I could have at least had a good breakfast and lunch and drank some water.. It is the little things I am not doing.. I am bound to have a few food splurges though! It is a new week and I am just happy that after such a bad food week that I didn't gain any weight! I was expecting a 2 lb gain.. still at 161 and ready to bust butt this week :)
