I did get myself up after studying last night and did a short Zumba video.. It was only 20 minutes but at least it was something...
As for today I ate well, aced my test, then went for an hour of bootcamp! It was intesnse.. I am so pooped and sore! Now I am home and studying again for another big test tomorrow... booo! Looking forward to tomorrow though because I have Zumba class and am free Fri-Sun!! WOO HOO!! I feel like I live for the weekends I definitely feel that I will break into the 150's this week!
Still going well over here! Counting down the days I am so ready for vacation! Food has still been good. I have been staying within my 1500 daily calories give or take 100. And have been getting my workouts in.
Tuesday- bike and pilates
Wednesday- bootcamp
Thursday- Zumba
I am still at 160 but think I might hit 159 by weigh in if I keep it up..If nothing else I am feeling tighter and smaller!
Chest has gone from 41 to 40 inches (I have big boobs, I know)
Waist has gone from 33.5 to 31 inches
Stomach/ love handles area has gone from 37 to 36 inches
still doing well!! just haven't posted in here in awhile! Been a tough week.. had a bad chest cold the past few days and lost my job today.. i hated it anyways so im not sad just been super busy!
79 days to go and im really starting the push now thats its getting closer! Hoping to lose 10 lbs in 79 days! or at least look like i lost 10 lbs lol by toning up

I have not played vball in over a year.. i used to play like 4 days a week on top of regular workouts!! I need to get back into it. It's still around.. I think I just got burnt out on it.. I really would love to do cross fit or something like that but don't want to spend the money so as soon as I can get my hands on it I'm starting another round of p90x..

OK.. so I haven't posted in awhile but I have still been working! Still weighing in at 159 but I have changed my diet and upped my workouts this week so hopefully I will start to see some change soon
I lost my job last week which sucks but good news is.. i have plenty of time now to workout and I have started coaching vball again which means even more exercise!
This morning I woke up excited because I got to do morning Zumba for the first time. I love it so much and it was a great way to start the day
So far for food I have had a granola bar, a tangerine, a banana, a turkey and cheese sandwich and some green beans. Trying to cut out processed foods as much as possible and trying to eat more lean meats, fruits and veggies. It is hard for me because I am such a picky eater and i get sick of eating the same few things all the time but hopefully I can stick with it long enough to see some results!
How's the job hunting going? Anything good? ...That's GREAT that you have started coaching again!! I love that!! You must be a great coach, and push them!

Job hunt unsuccessful so far although I have only applied to 2..I am really considering just coaching for the next year until I finish school.. I will barely make any money but I will have so much more time to focus on school and myself. it is really nice having this extra time to do things I need to do instead of having to put it off for a job I hate! Yesterday my car broke down on top of everything else.. go figure! Hope it is not expensive to fix!
As for the weight loss. I weighed in at 158 this morning! Hopefully that number is here to stay. Measurements are still the same but going to keep pushing!
I think that's great about taking time for you! I'm realizing that right now, I am going to turn this time into an opportunity for me as well, and you should too! You actually wished this for a very long time. Remember? You wanted more free time. You wanted to have flexibility. You wanted to be more fit. Maybe the fact that you have the opportunity to coach volleyball year round is a blessing in disguise. Though you already see it as a blessing. You never know where it may lead you. And it may be in the form of more dollars than expected. I mean, imagine,..you start training on personal sessions ontop, and getting paid way more than you imagined...? You start getting recognized as an amazing coach. Getting calls from all over the state.. LOL...Or who knows... The unkown is so optomistic with opportunities! Just like that one place that you were drawn to, without realizing, that had all the stores with the specials in there that are unkown to others. Maybe there's something in that?! ....The world is filled with opportunities! .. Just sayin'.

Christen that sounds great. I am 25 years old about to turn 26 in april. I am 5'6 and weigh 150. At my highest I was 200lbs. I am trying so hard to get down to my "happy healthy weight" which 135. I just started a blog (REMOVED) to help document my goal to get fit and help hold myself accountable. I think putting yourself out there and creating challenges is defiantly going to help.
