So I am super tired today! It is that TOM and after slaving away at the garage sale this week the last thing I want to do is go to the gym! I am gonna make myself go though to make up for the lousy weekend!

Wakeup: 8am

Breakfast: 1 cup strawberries(100 calories)

Lunch: roasted turkey and swiss on a rosemary cibata (300 calories)
chicken noodle soup (200 calories)

Snack: Candy (200 calories)

GYM: 1 hour step aerobics( -400 calories)

Dinner: chicken breast (175 calories)
black eyed peas (75 calories)
cheese bread (200 calories)

Totals- 1250 calories eaten

You go to the gym and I will go running! Then we'll both know there is someone else out there doing something they don't want to do lol... We'll feel a ton better afterwards! ;)
 
I feel pretty good today. I have a test this afternoon that I am dreading! I am soooooo excited about Biggest Loser tonight! I have been waiting for this since January lol. I hope Ali or Kelly wins! Can't wait to see Brittany too I bet she will look awesome! Anyways...

Biggest loser was awesome last night. Ali looked sooo good! I was really motivated last night about getting back to the gym today but after working all day I am so tired! i am going to try to make myself go to the body works class tonight at the gym. I really need to. I always do this to myself.. I start to see results then i sabotage them! I need to get back on track. I snacked on candy all day today and didn't make it to my usual workout..

I always do this to myself.. I start to see results then i sabotage them! I need to get back on track.

I know exactly where you are coming from. I consider myself a recovering yo-yo dieter. I do well, than I screw up, I get back on track . . do well, and screw up. That all changed when I joined the forums (unfortuenly RL tragedy has interferred with my progress, but I'm back!). I found an article about the "backslide" and posted it. It kind of helps understand the mental portion of the process and how to avoid this cycle. If you are interested :

Woke up this morning got on the scale and it said 158!!! It has been about half a pound lower each morning.. Hopefully this keeps happening! My lunch time weight 2 weeks ago was 168 and is now 160-161! I am on a roll. Ben left today to go on a trip for work and I am leaving the day he gets back for a few days. We won't see each other for 10 days! I am so sad but maybe since I won't have anything else to do I will go to the gym more :)

So today should be fun... I work at a CPA firm and we are having our end of tax season party. I ordered some really cool trophies and prizes so hopefully everyone will have a good time! We are all going out to eat tonight and having an open bar then riding in the limo to go bowling! I am having a bowling tournament and a calculator race too so I hope to see all these nerdy accountants get really competitive! I guess today will be a cheat day for me because I know the drinks and fried food tonights are going to completely blow my diet! Hopefully I dont do too bad! I wont be able to post the results til tomorrow!

Last night was so much fun! I know I completely blew my weight loss but everyone needs a cheat day!! I only go out like this 2 or 3 times a year so what the heck right? I already started off this morning a little rough with a huge chocolate muffin but I needed something like that to settle my stomach. I feel better now! I am gonna head to the gym today even though I am sooooooooooo sore from that class that I thought was easy last week! Then I am goin to my moms to hep her move some more.

Lunch: fat free hot dog (125 calories)

Snack: goldfish (100 calories)

So i had all these plans today about cleaning my house and getting organized, going to the grocery store to buy helathy stuff and then to a class at the gym but at my first stop I locked my keys in my car and couldnt get them out for 3 hours! It completely ruined my day and now i dont feel like doing anything. On top of that I didnt get to cook anything healthy because I was stuck at a place where all I could eat was chips and candy! I was starving so I ate a bunch of bad stuff and today is just awful!! i cant even log my calories because I have no idea!

I am sooo sunburned from sitting on the front porch yesterday! I was only out there like an hour and it wasn't hot! I wanted to take the step class at the gym today but my thighs are so burnt I think it would hurt too bad to go. I have some arm weights here at the house so I might try to do those and some abs..

Wow Woman...I am sooo impressed at the VARIETY in your workouts! I think it's really helping!

I know it's sad to say, but I am soooo Jealous that you are able to squeeze in all those yummy foods and candies and sugar and STILL loose weight and FAST....you are melting AWAY like no other!

I seem to have to work wayyyyy harder than everyone else to move a lb off me! I hate it but you are motivating me to really put more VARIETY in my workout and Keep my body guessing!....I think it's helping you alot!

Yikes! Sunburn is the worst! I'm fairskinned and fear/hate/avoid the sun at all costs. It's easy to forget sunblock on regular days . . most only rembmer when going to the beach, etc. I find the spray Solarcaine feels the best for healing.
 
yeah I am as fair skinned as they come. freckles and all... I just don't think about sunburn in the spring.It was actually a little chilly! I always wear it in the summertime though :)
