I told myself I was gonna try to write on this thing everyday and I almost forgot!!

I just got back from playing 2 hours of tennis.. I am getting so much better!! I have been playing 3-4 times a week. If I could do that and get to the gym too I would be doin good!

ALTA made me realize a lot of things today when we chatted so I am going to start to make some serious changes in my life. I think that talk was just what I needed. A good kick in the butt. Someone that wasn't afraid to tell me how things really are knowing that I might get upset.. Thats what friends are for! thanks Alta!! (If you are reading this.. I just noticed that ALTA is the name of my tennis league!! Atlanta Lawn and Tennis Association.. too funny)

So tomorrow starts my new lifestyle.. I hope I am ready!!
WOW....that IS SO SWEET woman!!!! IT"S WONDERFUL that AT LEAST someone ELSE out there IN THE world COULD BENEFIT from my EXPERIENCES....and BELIEVE me I WOULD have STARTED changing MY LIFE wwwwwwayyyyyy SOONER if SOMEONE would have KNOCKED :boxing:some SENSE into ME TOO SOONER....without HAVING to REALIZE them ON MY OWN!!!

BUT definitely GLAD our TALK helped....and I"M HERE ROOTING for you and YOUR NEEEEEW LIFE :party:!!!!

IT's PRETTY funny HOW every ASPECT in our LIVES is VERY INTERTWINED together, and IT BEGINS step by STEP...taking the KNOTS out!!!!

AND a RUDE AWAKENING :eek: is SOMETIMES what we need...and GLAD to hear you AREN"T MAD :argue:..........NOT that I ever THOUGHT you WOULD BE anyway BECAUSE you HAVE a LOVING :beating: ATTITUDE about LIFE!!!

AND seeeee YOUR tennis TEAM and ME......are EYE and EYE!!! :smilielol5:

GOOD JOB and I am TRULY happy FOR your NEW attitude!!! ;) YOUR right THAT"S what FRIENDS are FOR!!!!

AND I broke yesterday with this HORRIBLE 110 degree heat YESTERDAY and since a GIRLFRIEND ;) was in REAL need of ONE of my AWAKENING talks.....THERE I was.....at a COZY little JAZZ bar, :cheers2:...hehehe....but I CONTROLLED myself....and HAD three....maybe 4 drinks......LEMON JUICE and VODKA.....still within my CALORIE range for the DAY....but AT LEAST I TOOK your advice.....and THEY were GOOD too.....SO THANKS BUDDY! NOW back to HARD work FOR ME and US BUNNIES :gnorsi:!!!!
 
Hey Christen! I decided that I gotta stop in everyones diary thats in the vegas challenge, so walah! Here I am :) I saw an earlier post from ya that said, "if this is all I think about, and want to be smaller so bad, why does it seem like I sabatage myself?" I'm right there with ya... I think everyone has those small moments, which totally sucks, but thats what this place is for- stick to it, tell everyone whats goin on, expect that they will yell at ya a little bit and make ya work harder, and just keep goin.
Vegas is gonna be a blast- only 20 weeks to go :) You'll lose your 20 in no time. Keep up the good work!
 
So.. The beginning of a new week!

After a weekend of hell.. I am ready to focus and start to shed some lbs.. I hopped on board with Alta and i am starting to drink poo baby shakes.. They havent kicked in yet so I know I am holding some extra weight right now! Can't wait til they work..

I am planning on going to the gym today afterwork for a 1 hour weight training session and then I have tennis practice for hours.. Today is going to be intense!

My Vegas dress came in the mail today and it looks TINY.. I think medium is the new extra small.. I feel for the people who are really an extra large and when they buy it it doesnt even fit... Who comes up with these sizes anyways?! It makes me mad to think about..

Anyways.. Im on track to have a good week so hopefully I keep this motivation up!

I took a green tea pill this morning and I can definitely tell there is an increase in my energy level!

So after 3 hours of tennis I went to a pool party at my bosses house and played pool volleyball and basketball for 4 more hours.. I got sunbburned!

Needless to say.. I am exhausted!!

I ate arbys today for lunch and for dinner i had a cheesburger.. dont feel bad about it though with all the exercise!

Hey girlie! just popping in to say hello. Way to go on the working out. YOu are like me...after a long run I feel like I can eat whatever I want. LOL But I tend to "over due it" and take in way more calories than i actually burned...it's usually the alcohol that throws me over the top.

I'm really going to focus on maintaining a good eating plan after long runs...it's just so hard! I'm so tired and hungry! LOL
 
I am almost afraid to ask this, but I have to know. What are Poo baby Shakes?:blush5:

You don't want to know...they are scary things that come out of your colon when you "scrub" your intestinal walls. I have never seen one come out of me but I've seen my sister's first hand and almost barfed. If you have been eating bad for years you likely had plaque build up in your colon and the extra fiber scrubs out these layers of plaque or also know as poo babies!!

If you can stomach some gross shiat watch this:

haha.. i didnt watch the video.. but i can imagine whats in there!! poo baby shakes didnt work for m but i think i did them incorrectly! I will try again!!
 
ok.. so today I feel pretty good like i am finally on track. It usually only takes me a few good workouts to get motivated and yesterday I had a good one! One hour of step aerobics, 1 hour of free weights bodyworks class and 15 minutes or so of abs.. I dont think it has all hit me yet cause i am not sore..

I think i really need to reevaluate my food intake or I am never going to lose weight.. I dont over eat but I just eat things that arent good for me. I wish I wasnt so picky so I would be able to eat a wider variety of foods. I mean i only like 4 vegetables so its not that easy to eat like I should! i get so sick of eating the same things everyday and give up.. I have to figure out a way to do it..

I want to go see a nutritionist and get like a meal plan! That would be sweet..
 
Diet is HUGE!! It's been my biggest downfall. I work out 5-6 days a week and yet the weight stays put. It clearly is my food intake, alcohol intake, and salt consumption. I know this but yet I struggle w/making good choices. I'm a lot better that I was a year ago but I still have a long way to go!!
