ok... so after 5 days of being COMPLETELY lazy.. i am ready to go!
I printed off the class schedule at the gym.. those are always so much more fun and I get a much more intense workout when i have a teacher pushing me to do the stuff... I pay for it might as well use it right?
Here is the new schedule and I am going to try my best to stick to this. I would lose so much weight if I would do this workout schedule and eat a good diet.
Sunday- Step Circuit Class- 1 hour (30 minutes weights, 30 minutes step aerobics)
Monday- Step + Abs Class then Body Works + abs class- 2 hours (1 hour of step aerobics and 1 hour of full body free weight exercises to music)
Tuesday- Yoga Class then Step Aerobics Class - 2 hours
Wednesday- Body Works + abs class then Kickbox Cardio class- 2 hours
Thursday- Step + Abs Class- 1 hour then at home do my pilates video (45 min)
Friday- Step Circuit Class- 1 hour (30 min weights, 30 min aerobics)
Saturday- Yoga class- 1 hour
Some days I will substitute tennis in for my cardio or just do it after those classes..
Let's see how long I can hang! I have done this before but never more than 3 weeks..

I have lost 5 lbs so far this month! too bad my first weigh in for the Vegas challenge was the day after I had weighed and lost 4 lbs so it didnt count
I would have scored some extra points there!!
