ok... so after 5 days of being COMPLETELY lazy.. i am ready to go!

I printed off the class schedule at the gym.. those are always so much more fun and I get a much more intense workout when i have a teacher pushing me to do the stuff... I pay for it might as well use it right?

Here is the new schedule and I am going to try my best to stick to this. I would lose so much weight if I would do this workout schedule and eat a good diet.

Sunday- Step Circuit Class- 1 hour (30 minutes weights, 30 minutes step aerobics)

Monday- Step + Abs Class then Body Works + abs class- 2 hours (1 hour of step aerobics and 1 hour of full body free weight exercises to music)

Tuesday- Yoga Class then Step Aerobics Class - 2 hours

Wednesday- Body Works + abs class then Kickbox Cardio class- 2 hours

Thursday- Step + Abs Class- 1 hour then at home do my pilates video (45 min)

Friday- Step Circuit Class- 1 hour (30 min weights, 30 min aerobics)

Saturday- Yoga class- 1 hour

Some days I will substitute tennis in for my cardio or just do it after those classes..

Let's see how long I can hang! I have done this before but never more than 3 weeks..

I have lost 5 lbs so far this month! too bad my first weigh in for the Vegas challenge was the day after I had weighed and lost 4 lbs so it didnt count :( I would have scored some extra points there!!
 
Great job planning ahead!

That's what I love about my diet christen, I can totally have that margarita chicken dish and still drop 4-5lbs a week. The carbs are healthy, the fats in beans and chicken are healthy, the sodium is high... but not the worst of things. I usually split the dish in half and take half home for leftovers anyways.

So i just did a kick a$$ workout and I feel awesome! Why don't I ever remember how good i feel afterwards? if i did I would go everyday like this!

hahahah.........BECAUSE its the GETTING up and GETTING there that WE LOVE to remember and the PAIN and the SUFFERING....:smilielol5:.........ahhhhhh YES!!!

...the VICTORY of the FINISH LINE......if I could REMEMBER the FEELING too!!!
 
I usually go to the classes they offer at the gym.. The day I wrote that.. I think.. i went to a one hour body works class.. it is a free weights class to music that works your whole body and then directly after i took 1 hour of step aerobics..

The classes go by so much faster and make me work much harder than if I were to work out on my own..I love them!

Good luck with the classes! I can't make myself go, lol. A few years ago I went to a yoga class, and yeahhh, felt like an idiot. :rolleyes: maybe in another thirty pounds I'll try again :)

You cant let that keep you from going Jess!! I felt like an idiot the first few times I went too.. Once you get the hang of it.. whatever class it is.. it gets really fun! I always see the girls who come in for the first time and look discouraged and I always tell them not to give up..It takes about 3-4 classes to feel comfortable... I notice it is all the same people each week too so it is a great way to meet friends!
 
Cool, I'm looking into buying a Nikon D80 if you're familiar with that. Not huge into photography yet, but I think it'd be a cool hobby to pick up.

Cool! I have a Nikon myself...I am better at editing the photos than I am at taking them :) It is a fun thing to do in spare time...
