Lifting Later...
Here is what i am thinking as a weekly routine. Since I will be lifting M-F in the evenings, I have this idea:
M-legs
Tu- chest/biceps
W-shoulders/back/triceps
Th-legs
Fr-all upper body (probably a little less intense)
All mornings consist of Cardio and abs/core/some back too.
Today:
Flat Bench - 18/15/13 reps, bar/5/7.5 lbs
Flat Fly with free weights - 18/15/13r, 10/12.5/15lbs
bicep curl with bar - 18/15/13r, 20/20/30lbs
bicep curl with rope - 18/15/13r, 30/30/40lbs
Reverse bbicep curl with squigly bar =) - 18/15/13r, not sure of weights
pushup pyramid/ab pyramid:
pushups - 5/10/15/20/20/15/10/5 crunches - 10/20/30/40/40/30/20/10
*Those numbers are so low because I did a lot of abs this morning, and I have a feeling its gonna be tough later.
Anyone have any good suggestions for bicep lifting?
