Yeha, those ball squats are great arent they? The first time I did them, I definitely put way too much weight in my hands and went all out...haha. I remember not being able to walk downstairs for days! ANyhow, here was my real w/o:
5 min. jog for warm up.
Ball Squats: Reps - 18/15/13 weights - 17.5/17.5/17.5
Leg Extensions: Reps (each leg sep.) 15/13/13 weights - 15/22.5/22.5
Hamstring Curl: Reps (each leg sep) 18/15/13 weights - 20/20/20
leg press/toe extensions: Reps - 18/15/13 weights - 115/122.5/135
thats it! then I came home, had a bowl of chicken/veggie soup and a nectarine. Honestly, I am hungry, but am not planning on eating.
Oh!!! get this! so my brother has been at home sick the past couple of days. So After I was done working out, he wanted me to go grab some cookies from the best bakery every! Right after I worked out! anyhow, they are sitting in my kitchen, and I wont even go close to them. my mouth is watering just writing this. But honestly, I dnot want them! I had a great day of working out and eating healthy and just dont want to ruin it!
I do have one problem, my fat intake was pretty high today! It was 48% of the day! I ate 1146 calories. I wrote everything I ate down today in the journal, so if there are any comments, let me know. ALso, my protein was up and my carbs were down so that was good...
