i so stopped counting calories. its good to plug in things every now and again so you kinda know what you are eating protein/carb/fat wise, but yeah, stressing makes you stress and that makes you binge, and that defeats the purpose, and thats not fun, and i just wanted to say "and" again.

okay so today i finally get to adjust my ticker even if it is just by 0.1 lol! it feels sooo good because i haven't adjusted it in months, i'm hoping it's a sign that things are changing and that my body (and mind) have both decided to head in the right direction :driving:

hello everyone and as always thanks so much for checking in. i can't believe it's been 3 weeks since i was last here! it's been hard, i went through another low and back up again. i seem to have hit a brick wall and that's what's been making me feel absolutely worthless and killing my motivation.

today i however have good news to report, i reached an all time low of 311.1 pounds WOOHOO! and got to adjust my ticker again today which i haven't done in ages!

thanks everyone for checking in and for the encouragement. i hope to check in abit more often when my weight starts moving again.

it's been a week since i was here and i'm glad to say i'm still maintaining at 311pounds (considering i haven't managed to make it to the gym the entire week due to being very busy) but made sure i've been eating right.

TIMELINE: currently we have exactly 3 and a half months to the end of the year (where on earth did the time go...lol!). my ideal target is to hopefully be able to loose another 30pounds by december 31st...if i make it well and good if not at least it's something to work towards...either way i'll be happy with whatever loss i get as long as i know i've put my all into it.

hoping i can get back to the gym tomorrow or the day after then i can be posting more regularly here. hope all's well with everyone. all the best xoxo.
 
Hey, congrats on your progress!

Something I just discovered and thought I would share. I broke my foot back in early August which slowed down my cardio workouts.

Now that the foot is 90% healed, I'm back at it...but no running/jogging or treadmill. Instead, I'm using the elliptical machine...I used to use it maybe for 15 minutes per workout before (found it boring), but now, its the centre of my cardio, and I go for 60 minutes on it.

Its really done wonders for me...I've been dropping a bit of weight every day I've been going at it...or at least staying at a steady weight if I ate a little crazy that day.
 
hello everyone, hope your all doing good and thanks for stopping by. a few more days have passed by and i have good news to report, i'm now down to 310.2pounds WOOHOO just 10 pounds to get the hell out of the 300club!!! man, i never thought i'd see the day when it felt so close, but i have to make sure i stay focussed.

again today i adjusted my ticker which felt great...i'm finally officially at the over 40pounds lost mark which feels fantastic....HOWEVER i've only won the battle not the war so gotta keep on fighting the fight.

i'm going through some stuff which is why i haven't been on here as much, i really miss checking on the regulars who are on here and will start doing so soon and thanks for always checking in on me. i hope all's going well with you all. take care and all the best. will update soon. xoxo

@astrolab: i totally agree about the elliptical machine, i've been using it for a while now and everytime i do it for the one hour stretch i consistently loose little by little which is very encouraging.

just thought i'd stop by to mention that today i weighed in at 308 pounds...wooohooo! :hurray: 8 more pounds to get out of the 300club...it now feels so close i can almost taste it. i'll try to now space out my weigh ins to about once a week so that i don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't move quickly...i don't want to get all obsessive about it again. xoxo
