Hey girl! I finally made it over here to offer up some support. Are you really dairy's sister? If so rock on, I wish me and my sis could talk...well, we can but not without screaming and choking involved...

ohhh, gotta go I hear sirens and thats never good.
 
Yup, we're really sisters! Live in the same little hick town, so it's a good thing we can talk without the choking and screaming involved :D LOL!!
 
Chelsea I hear you on the grocery stuff, I'm a single mom too and I have to shop for an underweight 5 year old which means he needs lots of carbs and good fats. Sad thing is, he eats pretty good with that diet, whole milk, choice cut meats, lots of fatty condiments...lol. He gets steak 2 times a week...and I have to cook it for him! its torture sometimes...lol. And I live in the middle of nowhere too, on an island so we pay out the rear for food because we are also covering massive shipping costs. Milk is almost $6 US a gallon. I'm willing to marry for money just to offset the cost of milk alone...is that bad?

Not bad at all! I've had the same thoughts. :D

I had another really good day! Still kicking butt with the water and eating within my points range.... gotta get my body moving, though!

Lol me and my sis are like 7 blocks in distance shes 14 and I am 33
but our neck of the woods my city is Bellevue takes about 5 mintues
to drive the whole city and she lives in Dayton which is 5 minutes to drive
through all! Both city borderlines each other.We are very close but shes
getting into boys now:rolleyes: actually she has 1 now she likes
he has more manners respect ect than alot of adult men I have seen crazy!

OMG. Ok, so I added a bit of exercise in tonight. 100 situps (ok, crunches, no way was I getting all the way up there), and 40 leg lifts each side. Not bad! But now I feel like falling into bed I'm so tired. LOL!
 
30 minutes of shovelling snow counts, right? LOL!

Had my oatmeal for breaky, making my pita pizza for lunch, having some chicken boobs for supper with a big salad.... having trouble with my water today, though, it's making me nauseous. :confused:
 
I had a crappy water day yesterday. I couldn't get it choked down no matter what I tried. Even the lime I squeezed in tasted horrible. Kind of like this soup I've been trying to eat since 9:30, it's cold now. :p I will get it all down though!..lol Have a great day Chel!!!! :D:D:D

Hi Chelsea! I had a crappy water day yesterday too...must be in the stars or something. I'm also all stuffed up so that could be the problem. I don't know how many cals shoveling snow is but I'd like to calculate that because this morning we woke up to a new layer of the white. I wonder how many cals you burn scraping ice off your windshield? I almost broke a nail doing that and now it hurts like mad. I hope your day is good!
 
HEY! how did you get all the way back on page 3!! we northerners gotta look out for eachother....I'm taking you back to page one!
 
It was tomato soup so not so bad - kinda like a gazpacho... only not as good..lol

So does it count as extra work if my baby girl kept crawling on top of me as I was doing situps? LOL!! She was thinking I wanted to play around! LOL! But, I got 100 done. I'll do another 100 tonight. Going to shovel some snow as soon as she goes down for a nap.
