So... I only had coffee for breakfast
Lunch: Salad (lettuce/cukes/red pepper/onion) with half of a skinless chicken breast.
Supper: Beef stirfry with cauliflower/broccoli/onion/peppers
Snack: 2 graham wafers with one marshmallow
Tomorrow morning I want to get another good walk in, and keep eating well! The only thing I need to work on is water. I haven't been drinking nearly enough!
