Changing the way i feel

well i hade 3 of these biscuits.and one of the bread looking thing.So i dont have any idea about the cals.
Im not eating anything else.Just a lettuce salad at night....
Better be low on the cals insted of over....
 
jasper...your arms are not fat!!! So I am sure when you start pumping them irons more ..you will have "guns" in no time!!

I really do belive my arms are fat.I want slim arms like the girls in the 2 first photos!Or even like the girl in the last, My sister!
I dont want any fat on them....i want to wave and nothing actually moving....well at leat not a lot moving!
I see photos of myself and feel the need to just cut of the extra fat on the arms.I didnt do that to the photo i put up here though.This is the honest place for me!no lies of photo editing!
 
Have you ever measured your arms against your sisters..just for comparison sake? I bet your not to far away!!! I hate my arms as well...I hate that my underarms are like bat wings....and keep waving long after I am done..lol...we will get there..it takes time!! :)
 
Jasper, you are gorgeous, and you are being far too self critical about your arms! They are not enormous at all. Of course they'll get slimmer as you lose weight, but honestly, they are fine!!! Seriously, stop comparing yourself to models. The first photo has been air-brushed within an inch of its life, even that woman in real life doesn't look as great as the woman in the pic. I bet she has HUGE bingo wings really :) Your sisters arms are really nice, and attainable, and you will get there! Look how far you've come, I bet your arms are already loads slimmer than when you started.

I often grip the flab on my arms from underneath to see what they will look like when they are slimmer from the side. As I am weird like that :) I wish I had measured them before I lost weight to see how many inches. Heres a picture showing the difference in mine after losing 8kg's. I know they are far from perfect still but they are better. In another 8 kg's they'll be looking loads slimmer. And so will yours!!!!!

I totally understand what you mean about feeling better about yourself so a little part of your brain tells you it's ok to eat whatever you want now. I have been there and done that every single time i have lost weight in the past. BUT this time i want to push past that point and actually get to my size 12! And that is what you want to do too. That's why we are here encouraging each other thru the difficult times. Stick with it sweetie, you know you can do this. Everyone has bad days from time to time and you are doing the right thing by coming on here and being honest about how you are feeling. You will get thru this, we will make sure of it. And when i get to that point i want you there shouting at me and giving me a good slap!!!!!

I hate my arms too but i noticed that they are improving with going to the gym. Yours look great but you are not happy with them. 'Google' exercises that could target those parts. It's worth a try.
 
Rainbow the girl in the first photo is a known singer/acterss/moder/tv person here , and she is gorgeous!I know the photo is fixed but she does look like that...I just want slim arms!!!Your arms are a lot slimmer that the first,thats a huge difference for just 8 kg!
I Swear i will not have another biscuits at least till im down to 79 kg...oh thats a huge promise i just made....

tete i havent measured.I said i was then forgot all about it.PLUS i get different numbers.I never remember EXACTLY where i measure and little up or little down there a difference....Plus i dont know about measuring the bust,is that done wearing a bra????

Katiehotbun!!!!i know i am going to tone,i must say that i am scared of lifting even light weights cause of things i have heard of getting bulge....many say its not the case but i am still scared...What if>>>???i would look terrible.I had in my mind getting into the 70's to start that.What do u think?

So after i said i m not going to eat cause of those silly biscuits i did stick to it and got through the day but i was starving at dinner.I know i havent gone over my cals,so i couldnt keep feeling like that,i had some cabbage w/rice form yesterday...I didnt enjoy it, it was cold plus i felt guilty.

I am guessing now that those biscuits would be 500 cals?????ok.
and lets say 300 cals that bread thing....and 100 cals oh no 200 cals my 2 coffees... total 1000...
another 500 the dinner...thats 1500...
this is wild guessing though.

Its chicken breasts in oilpapaer(is that th name?) with green and red pepers , onion and cheese.ill skip the cheese though.Anyway i dont have any plus i can go to shop tomorow cause again no car.
So you put the chick in a bowl with the veggies and a little white wine , plus garlic and a spoon of mustard and let it settle for a couple of hours!It smells great.Then you place the chick pieces in the paper(i make 4 ) and tie and cook in the oven!!IT is sooo tasty!!!its fantastic and low cal aswell!!!!Yummy!!!

Well i am green from jealousy!my BFriends (married couple ive spoke about sometimes) bought a treadmill and the company gave them as a gift a power plate!!!1st im jealous cause i want them too 2nd its really unfair cause she is super skinny!and her husband is really lazy doesnt take care of himself and probably never will do...She wrote herself in a gym some months ago to tone and lost 3 kg so she stopped.She went down to 49 kg when she went to the gym....and now they go buy the treadmill?????I WANT IT AND NEED IT....oh how bad is it to be jealous of your very Best friend>>???BAD BAD BAD....
 
well i promised no cookies and to a good day so my day is just starting!its 10:45 am im having my coffee.Finished cleaning,vacuming , moping the house.Im going to prepare the chicken in a while.
I got my periods today so i was like "oh poor thing,thats why i craved the biscuits!!!" hahaha!great excuse!
I am still 84,7 84,8 the weight i was on July 26th i think,a week with no progress...well i know why!
 
Oh my god, I just said on hotbuns page that maybe our periods are synchronising cos we are all in this together, which is why we are all having fat, depressive feelings. And you have come on! Haha. Maybe I was right lol.

I am envious of your clean freshly mopped house. Noone in this house tidies up after themselves, it was my bfs turn to do the washing up last night and he hasn't, and he is having an afternoon nap. It makes me grumpy in the morning waking up and seeing washing up piled on the side. Arrggghhhh.

The bad thing is that im going to have my periods again on the 2nd of September and thats the day we're taking that ship to Crete for the christening....i was soooo looking foward going to the water slides!!!Ill probably call my gynecologist and ask about that pill that makes your period not come for a while....i ll have to see about that.
Well i was cleaning a LOT today.There is this night club that i used to clean from Last october but stopped because i had carpal tunnel(i think thats what its called) so my mother in law took over.Now shes gone for vacation and its me in there again.GOd its so dirty and takes so much effort toget it all done.
I m sure i burn a hell of a lot of calories today.
The chicks in the oven so ill be posting my food today later on.I did have a energy drink at that night club..150 cals...

I hate waking up making coffee in a messy kitchen.I try to wash up before going to bed.Most times ido but some nights i just cant be bothered.I hate washing dishes and ironing...!!!I ALWAYS have a pile of clothes to be ironed!

I had the same worry about toning my upper body as you and asked at the gym about it. They said that woman have to do lots of heavy weights to bulk up and they showed me what to do. I have got a few dvd's with upper body workouts on and they use 2kg weights (one of them even says you can use small water bottles instead of weights) Have you heard of 'Davina McCall'? She is a TV presenter over here and her work out dvds are really really good. I love them. Ooooh a friend of mine does pole dancing classes to keep fit and her arms are great, no bingo wings in sight!! You could try that, your man would love it :)
Also i would start now so you tone as they get smaller.

Well i wasnt really sure about my coffee having 100 cals in , i was guessing.So i google sugar and was in for a little shock...My coffee IS 100 cals.Well 60 is the sugar and i thing 40 is my milk.It is 1,5 % fat.So i AM having 100 cals per coffe and i have 2-3 a day..Well you've probably guessed already from tomorow morning im cutting back on the sugar,ill have 2 tea spoon instead of 3.I dont like the sweateners at all.So maybe ill have my morning coffee w/2 tea spoon and the rest w/ sweatners...ill see.

Lunch i had 4 of the little things in the photo.Dont know what they are called in english.In greek its Kritsini.I thought that cause its whole weat(its really dark!) and has somekind of nut on it was slimming...OH NO!in for a suprise again!Googled and saw 100 cals for one....Jesus...it the only healthy thing i LOOOOVEEEEE....so ill not be having so many anymore...

Snack energy drink....150 cals

Dinner Chicken in the oven (i was out of paper,w/onions and pepers and lots of lettuce tomatoe salad

I was really in for a good day and didnt actually have one cause i made little mistakes beyond my knowledge...

the chicken was fantastic!by the way,it doesnt look very nice in the photo though!

and what do you think about this dress.I got it for the christening in september , but 2 people say it is not to formal and then i put it on to go out for a coffe with another 2 friends and they told me to change cause the dress is formal!!!!!its very long!you cant see my ancles,only the shoes when walking though!
 
Dont worry about becoming bulky - women dont have enough testosteron for that to happen - unless you take steroids and other crazy stuff. To grow muscle you need to eat above maintenance level and kick ass with heavy weights. As your still focused on losing weight you have nothing to worry about. Go for it, weight training is good fun - I love it.

Sorry I haven't been around in awhile- that will be rectified!

Re bulkiness, it's pretty much impossible to bulk up while in a calorie deficit, which you should be if you're losing weight, and it's very very hard for women to bulk up. So you don't need to worry about that at all. Remember I was doing weights? (I'll be going back to it) I found that I had a nice shape that was revealing itself as the fat was coming off.

This morning i went to that noght club to clean and stoped at the bakers to get something to eat.But i rememberd the cals in those little whole wheat snacks i told you guys about yeasterdat and just got a icetea.Before dinner i was really hungry and xouldnt wait to eat,after dinner i felt so super.Not bloated at all,still energetic not sleepy head,i ate just right ammounts today...
I weight the pasta before cooking it does double after.I wanted to put more on the plate and just skip the veggies and salad but stayed true to my diet.Also i skipped the gratted cheese.

So i feel great for making it through the day not having any bad stuff!Last night i really wanted chocolate,i was SO close to getting a small one but i have made a promise!!!!So all went well!
I hope this week i'll get my ebay dresses!
