The ebay dress!!!the photo of it when i got it and another from today!OK!! so it was HELL getting the zip up nearly ripped it but i DID get it up and thats what i had on tonight!!!!







I ate at the party and when i came home at 11pm i dot on my bike and did 40 min burnt 502 cals.I dont think i would have done that but i DID have cake and little stuffed pies.So at leat i burnt something!

Lunch 12 tinny meatballs,steamed zucchinis, 1 slice cheese

PARTY 7-8 mini cheese pies , 1 slice bcake,1 beer.


I was plannig on having a day off tomorow but im not.I ll have a Full workout day stepper bike and all.

A few answers about exercise, I'm a qualified fitness instructor and I would tell anyone, trying to lose weight or not, to do both strength training and cardio. Strength training gives you lean muscle mass and increases your metabolism, improves bone density, improves the strength of your joints, and so many other wonderful things. Cardio is great for strengthening your heart and cardiovascular system, fat burning, improving blood circulation to your limbs, and again many more things.


Really it depends on what you are trying to achieve and what your specific goals are. I would say to anyone to take baby steps when starting a strength training program, even if you have worked out before but just haven't for a while. Strengthening ligaments and tendons is important before trying to lift heavier weights on a regular basis. I'd also say that women SHOULD be lifting heavier weights though- we aren't genetically built to gain mass muscle in the way men are, so no matter how much weight you lift you aren't going to look like Arnie in his prime!


Also when structuring a program for yourself you should focus on main muscle groups, as they are the ones that will burn the most calories doing them and need the most strengthening anyway! So think back, chest, quads (front of thigh), hamstrings (back of thigh) and glutes (butt). I usually don't bother doing arms as well, just because usually with chest and back exercises you are also using your triceps and biceps (ie push ups- chest and tris). A really good core strength exercise is the plank/bridge. It works your TA which is the band of muscle around your stomach, it kind of holds you in. It's the deeper abdominal muscle, whereas crunches will work the superficial muscle on top. You can of course do both :biggrinjester:

I squealled when i saw that you had got the dress done up and he looked over at what i was squealing at. i had scrolled down and was looking at your photo of you in the dress and Mark said 'She's really pretty and nice rack' Which basically means 'nice boobs' You do look totally stunning in that dress very sleek with an awesome 'rack'. Hope you don't mind Mark seing your photo. He thinks you are hot too.

We went ot my sisters home today and im a bit sad cause my husband and her had a little argue for the 1st time and he got up and left.......I feel bad cause i think i started it,we were speaking about taking care of my mother in laws dog cause shes going away for a long time and things between my husband and me were getting a bit tense.My sistera bf told me to stop the conversation but i didnt i kept on and then one thing led to another and things were said and they argued....I should of stoped speaking...Thing is the argument was about my mum!!!nothing to do with the conversation...Well i hope they make up soon its horrible the feeling


Now i havent worked out yet but i will as soon as the little one goes to sleep i hope soon

Day 07 - Do your friends and family know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they support you?They know but i dont have the support i need.But thats ok cause ive got you guys!!!!Sometimes my husband asks if we should order out,never says "leave that bread alone" or anything like that its as if my diet is not concerning him.He has NOTHING to do with it.I wish he told me off some times....
Day 08 - Your workout routine.

Well i go from totaly LAZY to working out hard!!!so now im working out 5 days a week bike step strengh.I am planning on sticking to it this time!!!
 
ASorry about your family fight :( I am sure it will all work out in the end...just give it a few days and try not to get into the middle of it as much as you can. Hopefully if you just agree a bit with both of them...they will work it out!

You do look fabulously adorable in that dress...I just love it!! and I love reading your answers on your challenge!! I agree with the what you say about the hubby...mine would never tell me not to eat something....but I wish he wouldn't eat the "bad stuff" around me either!

Well i finished my bike.Its amazing how my body adjusts to new things,like level one.I never thought i could do that for a minute , and im doing it for 40 minutes now!

In some time level 1 will do nothing and i'll be on level 2~~~~~well i think ill go up to 3 not further cause then its not exactly cycling anymore pushing god knows how much weight with every pedal!

So after bike i did 100 crunches and 50 bridges.Never done bridges before, i like them a lot!Easy to do, but thats what i said 1st day doing my crunches didnt i????probably will be sore tommorow!

Its 12:30am so im off for a shower and then bed time!Have a good night everyone!
 
AMAMMA MIA!!!! You look great in the dress, so glad you finally got into it :D I think there is no way it would've done up in the first photo. You just made me go and try on my goal dress lol, no luck still for me. Can't wait for the day when it finally zips up, even if its really hard to zip it up!

I know the argument between you husband and sister seems bad now, but I promise you that in a few weeks everyone will have forgotten about it. It'll be fine hun.

A friends , friend just sent me on FB a photo from 2000!!!!i was nearly 19!Look at me !!!i was still plump!!!never have been skinny!!!!look at my eyebrows!its before i started taking them away, i like them!Oh the years that have gone by...it makes me so sad

Maybe you have lost inches although you haven't lost much weight.

My boobs haven't shrunk at all so far, when they get an inch smaller it will just about do up I think. The funny thing is that I have gone off the actual dress a bit. I'm thinking it looks like an ice-skaters costume. But I will still be SO happy when I fit into it!
 
Day 09 - Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way? Yes they did,i remeber once i was coming out this fast food place with a tray full of stuff , searching for my friends , they were sitting at the tables outside.As i passed this table i heard them making this noise for every step i took.Like a big giant is passing by....I felt terrible.

Also once,i was waiting for a taxi after a night out with girlfriends and this van stopped next to me,cause they had a red light.The co-driver said to the driver "look at the babe." and the driver answered "are you mad?shes fat"..............................well thats the two things i will always remember.Also for the last 4 years im with my husband , when ever we go out for drinks my bfriend always gets hit on,never me and he sees that.I fell really bad.In December 2007 we where out clubbing at this place , we were invited to.It was from my husbands work,like a christmass party.He was then working as head of security in Athens most well known hotel.So all these security peolpe where there plus all his coworkers.Not one of them said something about his WIFE , me , but instead they where telling my husband how hot the other gorl is meaning my best friend....And i knew that cause we had a conversation about looks after that with my husband and he said that our friend is hot for many guys (he told me what they where telling him at the party) bt he said he doesnt think shes hot , cause shes to skinny.well anyway...so the answer is YES!

Lunch A plate of spinach w/rice,1 mini toast

Snack......................3 biscuits.................while waiting at the babys doctor for his shot.....................

Dinner.........................1 souvlaki a few fries maybe 5 of them and a diet coke...........


So i know i said NO MORE BISCUITS but i was so hungry at the doctors and it was taking forever to get in so i got some from the bakers next to the office,hoping my little one would have some , but he didnt.He took a bite then gave to me to hold , while he played and i ate it.That happened 3 time.I have still a couple in my bag that im going to give to my dog when im finished on here.

So feeling a bit bad,i got on my bike and did 49 minutes today......I usualy so 40 min.real fast then another 2 to cool down.But i was thinking of those biscuits and souvlaki turning into fat and i kept cycling real fast.It did say i burnt 570 cals!

Then i did 100 or 115 crunches.Not sure , i got confused for a moment.The moment my little one was sitting on my aching stomach..............:beating:

Finally i did 30 bridges.

im off to bed , got to wake up at 7 am and its already 1 am..........



AAA nearly forgot!!!thanks rainbow!mentioning that i must have lost inches!i took out the tape and my thigh is 60 cm from 62 and my hips are 108 nearly from 110 cm.............Didnt ever do my chest so probably you are right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Your answer to your most recent question almost brought me to tears....you have no idea how much I relate to it!! Hence the title of my diary...haha ...But i recently had one of the boys friends at practice...say "looking good Mrs. *****" ...I laughed so hard..especially when my hubby made him run extra laps at practice!! but its was cute and it still made me feel a tiny bit good!!

:) so I know the next time you go out clubbing that you get ogled over and over again!!!
 
i am soooo waiting to be skinny to go out cubbing!!!!the feeling is realy horibble.Invisible i am.Well i WAS~~~~i am getting checked out often these days!!!!Strange thing is it doesnt happen when im WITH my husband but when im alone...anyway...


I am a bit sick.Nothing tragic just a head cold and chest.i cant breath well and im blowing my nose all day.:plus my little one had a fever yesterday from his shot,the doctor said its normal.No exercise yesterday cause i wasnt well


I had a soup and some ckicken rice.2 cereal bars and a low fat yoghurt.

So hope i feel ok later on to do my workout.If not ill just do my crunches.I hate feeling like this...........................
 
hi,im not feeling well at all.Its really difficult for me to breath.My nose is red and sore,and my chest is making this sound....So today we went to see my mother in law cause she left tonight for a month ,to say goodbye.I ate there.So

My husband was hungry so he ordered souvlaki for him but they made i mistake and they gave us a chicken souvlaki,my husband hate but thats WHAT I ALWAYS ORDER>>>>>so the man said he'll send the right order and for us to keep the chicken one , as a Sorry from there side.I was looking at it over and over and them i gave it to out stray cat i feed.He seemed to enjy it!!!!I was thinking i cant get on my bike after eating it to lower the guilt!so i just left it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well im going to the school my mum works at , tommorow to speak with the boss,im thinking of sending my little one there.He still isnt speaking.He just says mum dad and nana.Oh and milk.That it....he is 2 and a half.I was thinking that socializing with other little kids and not with ME all day may be good for him.He doesnt take no for an answer and he just knows whatever he does im going to cover for him.Thats a good thing probably but the bad size is he has terrible tantrums with ME , throws thing on the floor ect.Im wondering if this would be good,Plus he will be with my mum.So!

Of to bed,hope my chest is better so i can get some sleep!

I don't know how it works in greece, but here you can get all types of extra help if your kids are slow learning to speak. My son went to a special nursery. Does your son understand a lot? x
 
Hey girl! Good job resisting your favorite dish from that place! I'm sure it was difficult!! You are stronger than me, that's for sure!


In regards to your son, he should be saying around 50 words by now, but I think having him around other kids will help a lot! Running a daycare in my house has done wonders for my daughter's vocabulary. If you talk to his pediatrician i'm sure they will give you really good advice! Good luck! He will be talking in no time! =D
