If I didn't post in here I don't think I would care as much about caring for myself. Does that make sense?
I have also given a little bit more thought to my plan for June. I think it will be-
Logging everything into MFP.
1600-1800 cals per day,
minimum of 5000 steps per day,
one day per week only 650 cals &
10 squats per day, but try for 20.
I can do this. If I did that for one month I would lose weight.
Also, weigh myself twice a week at least. I am so slack with this. They're only scales. They don't bite, do they?
