Marsia- thank you! I just read out what you said about me being so diplomatic & laughed & said, "I've got her fooled!" You're sweet. I needed that. I need to start believing that I can do this job.
The forum on my phone is full of ads. I think there is about one ad for every 5 posts & it's hard not clicking on them.
Re: any challenges. I am going to stick to my original lose 5kg by the end of the year. I don't want to get back into the headspace of trying to lose weight quickly. If it happens accidentally I won't complain. I have settled into doing 5:2 now & was glad to see a further drop. Just any drop is good. I'm not quite so obsessed with the scales now. I was going to do a fast yesterday, but we were going out to dinner last night& I thought that would be too difficult. As it turned out it would have been almost impossible. The food was awful- all fried, crumbed, battered.....ugh!
Petal- A pizza? Really? WOW! Mine is all weight-loss related stuff- the sort of stuff I steer well clear of mostly, like shakes, spot reducing(

) for over 40's....I know the forum needs ads to keep it going. It's a fine line. I didn't get any ads before the change of format, which is a little strange.
Today- I'm going to finish my paperwork & get ready for Tuesday's Vets meeting, with G's help. He came home yesterday from golf despondent & talking about going to another club. It really is not good for him staying at our local club. Unfortunately, the one he is most comfortable at & friends with the most members is too far away. It would be too risky as well as he is inclined to drink more in their company & he wouldn't have me to drive him home as they play their Vets comp the same day the women play at our local course. I will do some more homework re fees etc at some other courses. Ours is only 14 km away & then they are 40+ km away. If we could play at the same course on the same day, in separate comps, we could both switch & that would be OK. We would never go on any committees ever again.

I'm fasting today. I'll just have a small tub of Yoplait yoghurt with some strawberries for lunch & then we'll have venison & veg for dinner.
