I didn't hear back from the masseuse & she is going away for a month tomorrow. I have someone else that I will try to book into soon. I massaged my own back before I went to bed last night with magnesium oil & it felt a bit better this morning. I never wake up feeling like exercising, but this morning I decided to get on my exercise bike to loosen up my hips & I did a fairly quick 5 km. I'm sure it helped me to get through my day.
I may play golf tomorrow, depending on how I wake tomorrow. One of the golfing women is going to send me the phone number of the masseuse in her town.
OK- my fall. If you can imagine some rough Tasmanian bushland on a fairly steep slope......& 2 logs about 2 metres long & about 30 cm in diameter, needing to be dragged down (too heavy to carry) to where our Ute (small truck) was & where G was chainsawing. Instead of wisely taking one at a time(or better still leaving them), I thought it would save me a trip & be more even on my body if I dragged them both at once, with one each side. BIG mistake. G only saw me when I was on the ground & had no idea what I had attempted. He actually said that I should have left them for him, not realising I had tried to drag both at once. I would hate to think what he would say if he knew.
I'm fasting today & drinking black coffee at 4.30 pm, which is very unusual for me. G has his 8-ball team coming up for snooker tonight & I feel like snoozing already. I won't join them, but I will do them supper, which is just bought stuff. I am very hungry I must admit!
Edited: After drinking some espresso coffee & having a small bowl of veggies (no potato) my appetite disappeared. I am currently at only 326 for the day & will have a small tub of Yoplait, no sugar tropical yoghurt to bring my calories up to just under 400 for the day. Happy with the day.
