~LaMa~ Food was good & we did not over-indulge once. Sat lunch- beef pho, dinner- sushi(2 nori rolls) 1/2 GF blueberry muffin, 3 glasses of wine. Sunday- BF-1 apple, 1/2 banana, lunch- Sri Lankan curries(goat & veg), 2 glasses wine, D- small asian noodle dish(didn't finish it); Mon am buffet- scrambled eggs, bacon, small baked beans, tomato plus a bowl of fresh fruit with plain yoghurt; mid afternoon 1 GF boring sandwich & 1 mandarin, "dinner"- GF fruit toast & 1/2 an orange, 1/2 an apple & some GF licorice.
Fasting today & have a thermos of vegetarian stock to take with me.
I have to go. Will catch up with everyone's diaries tonight.
