1st March-
5:2- Fasting today (have a very low-cal veggie soup made)
20 squats- done.
Weight- I just don't seem to be able to leave it typed. (I know there are people who will think I weigh too much from what I weigh)
I have 2.5kg that I aim to lose in March. That gets me down to the next deka. (Decade is not appropriate. I had to look this up. Thank you google.) If it's not a word in it's own right, it is now, for me anyway.
Busy day ahead(Vet's golf & lots of GC shopping + some of ours, doing the bar, seeing Mum).
Had a busy night last night with yet another golf comp. Plus G & I did all the re-cycling including our own & an elderly neighbour's. I am encouraging her to clean out her cupboards apparently. Got home at 9.30pm. There is a lot on at the moment, but the end is in sight. There's another big comp on Thursday but I have not been asked to work.
Instead they have asked the woman who does the bar on Saturdays & the club will pay her for 5 hours work. Good. I am so looking forward to doing less work at the GC.
