Thanks Stacy & Jess. I did some more shopping yesterday & bought some nice knickers, a blouse & a strechy, slim-line zipped jacket. Our Masters player beat the world champ & is down to the final 8 players in the Masters singles, but is also into the last 8 in the Open Singles today. He plays at 9am so I had better get G on the move. He's in bed, snoring his head off!
I feel like having a fast day today but would have to go buy some Konjac noodles & I don't think I could be bothered. I, um....over-indulged a little too much last night & was told by my dear husband that I was a little garrulous.

How did you find the GF pizza? Wasn't too squidgey?
 
Hi LaMa & BB. Had a nice day yesterday. Had a few wines last night & have decided not to worry about fasting now until I get back home. It will be now that we start going out to eat with some of the others & it is becoming the more sociable part of the tournament. The Tassie teams won't be making the finals but we have 3 players still in the Singles. There are still team matches to play & we will still go along & support them.
I'm having lots of laughs & a good time. My eating has been good & I'm glad I managed to fit in 2 fasts last week.
I'll go have a quick look around the diaries now. Love to all xoxo Cate
 
Thanks Tru & Stacy. I was knackered this afternoon & went back to our room for a nap & stood in front of the vending machine with coins in my hand, ready to buy a Mars Bar [emoji15] & DIDN'T!![emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Another fun day. Ate well tonight. Konjac noodles + chicken casserole we brought from home + spinach= low calorie, delicious meal, even if it was at 10pm! A very healthy day. I'm happy with my choices. I don't feel that I'm missing out at all. I'm walking heaps. I had smoked salmon & salad for lunch, followed by some pavlova & I still think I'll be under maintenance calories, even with 3 glasses of wine. Fun times.

We have supper later than the norm a lot. Hubby works graveyard shift and our schedule/routine is so different.

I have been trying to make changes but right now we are still stuck on 8pm supper time.

Just wanted to stop by to say thank you for all the support...you are always super sweet even when we are away. I hope your trip is going well...I personally think you are doing AMAZING, listening to your body and making healthier choices starts to few natural after a while, right?!? Proud and happy that you are here!

Our younger son, R arrived at 3.15am to surprise his older brother on his birthday & is here today & tonight. He tried waking us up at 4.15 to surprise us, but I assumed it was D arriving back & trying to wake his roomie so put ear plugs in & went back to sleep.
