But seriously I think making that list of 'rules' is a great idea. Without a plan...I know I can kind of veer off track, especially with my eating. You have not gotten that far of track...congratulate yourself for taking control before anything really got out of hand. That in and of itself is something to be proud of!
). I did my 12 exercises x5x2, so 120 reps in all. By the time I finished I was in a lather, but I feel GREAT!!I had a salad for lunch & just had a second apple.
